The computer worked like a dream. Easy to set up and it took no time to boot up or open any programs. It was purchased as a work computer for my wife, but she could not get used to the Chrome operating system. Chrome obviously pushes for everything to be online. Pretty much everything has to be saved on a cloud, and some of the software she uses (Excel and Word) are only available to be used online so no offline saving is possible. We ended up returning it and getting an HP with Windows. If you can take the time to learn a new OS then I would highly recommend this computer!

happy with my computer ...it is fast enough, good looking and affordable.

It was purchased for my younger special needs brother who likes to listen to music & dance, the chrome desktop is perfect for browsing the web & YouTube. We did have a problem with screen blurring out on the first day, but after doing a reset it hasn't happened again. Great starter PC for younger kids & older adults.

I'm still learning how to use it and I've had it for at least 2 months. The speed is pretty fast, I only use if to browse the internet and check my email. I'm starting some online classes in 3 weeks and I hope I don't have any issues being able to submit word documents. I have not figured out how to download a compatible word application yet

While Chrome OS certainly isn't for everyone, this is a really solid product. Great value and perfect for a non-tech savvy family member, interns, or low-intensity computing.

great! we actually prefer the new desktop to a laptop.

Bought for my 89 year old dad, simple to use big screen, only minor issue is volume controls on keyboard are difficult to see.

Bought this all in one for my mom whose needs are simple, it more than met our expectations and she loves it!

So far it is perfect for my not-so-technical wife.

This a great computer for my son who has autism he really enjoys the size of the screen.

Unfortunately this computer wouldn't work at my office because of our offices antiquated requirements.

I like the fact that you can use it as a monitor. So I can have a "dual" boot setup - running chrome OS or windows OS.

Great to surf the Internet and to watch movies online.

I am not very techy. I did not know this was not very compatible with most equipment.

Bought for my grandfather who is 90. He is a clicker and in the past kept having a hard time with Windows. I needed a PC that gave very few clicking options...LOL. Very basic, fast and great clear screen. Super easy setup. Exactly what you need for someone who struggles with Windows. Note: you do have to have a Google cloud approved printer. I found the keyboard and mouse to work great. I have 25 years of computer experience and think this was a great buy.

I got this device open box and this computer has been wonderful for my needs and my family. The power button is not very sensitive but that prevents accidental power ons and saves power but I wish it was just a bit more sensitive. The screen is beautiful and the speakers are ok for an AIO but they are a little tinny. The included mouse and keyboard are a little cheep but for an included accessories they are fine.

Pros: -Easy to put together -Very nice monitor/keyboard -Lots of USB ports and it has WIFI -Starts up quickly Cons: -Everything is an "app" and everything is online -No such thing as saving an app or icon to your desktop -Most apps aren't compatible with opening almost all files. -"Computer" isn't compatible with most WIFI printers (even though they say they are supported). So, you can't download most attachments/files. Can't send anything either. -Support is just a click away..problem is, they aren't trained to understand their product very well. In fact, on the myriad of issues I had, they were able to resolve exactly none of them This isn't a computer. It's a big tablet with a keyboard and mouse. The Chrome OS may be better in the future but they ought to just scrap it and start over. Awful. I sent mine back two days after purchase. Spend another $85 and get yourself an actual desktop.
