Fridge is great and the delivery and set up were easy.

We got this fridge in January and we are very happy with it. It's an amazing refrigerator.

Love the counter depth and craft ice maker! Very quiet.

Seems quite roomy for a counter-depth design. Water dispenser is a strong beast! Doesn't show fingerprints much. Zero-clearance makes me worry less about it hitting the wall of the inset area where it's placed.

WE love the zero clearance hinge. It allows us to push this fridge back so it's flush with the wall. The adjustable shelves are great and the door bins on the right side are big! Love the size and shape of ice too. So far, it's exactly what we needed!

Great fridge! We are using this in our ADU and it works really well, looks nice and has the functions we wanted (ice maker, water dispenser, freezer underneath).

Love the craft ice and the ice/water through the door. Interior lighting is great. Left door space is only good for tiny bottles (e.g. Tabasco). Right door bins are just barely tall enough for milk, OJ, etc. Very little flexibility on shelf placement. Plenty of bin space. Truly counter-depth. Appearance is great.

I bought this refrigerator for the zero clearance option. I’m replacing an older model lg. model.

Terrific experience at Best Buy and with the delivery service. This was a replacement for one that did not fit. All positive things to say about choosing this refrigerator--the salesperson was knowledgable and the delivery people were professional and helpful. The refrigerator fits and we like it.

Great refrigerator..works great and fit the space. The shelves work great and are adjustable for tall and small items.

Perfect fit for our situation. We had ordered a similar model but it wouldn't fit our space. Best Buy found this Zero Clearance model for us and it fit perfectly. The difference is the way the hinges pivot. The exchange was easy through Best Buy!

This fridge fits nicely in our kitchen. The zero clearance doors are a plus. The only thing I would change is the adjustable shelves inside the fridge.

Very nice to have in a kitchen and runs very quietly. Highly recommend to others and enjoy the nice features to control. Enjoying making a cocktail ice and impress my guests.

Great fridge, has lots of space, easy to accommodate items inside. The freezer is big too. We need a zero clearance hinge fridge and this was perfect

Overall I'd say we're very happy with this model fridge. We had two reasons for selecting this model: 1) the MAX design's thinner doors 2) the Zero Clearance door hinges Pros: - the MAX design really does maximize interior space - - - super important especially with a counter depth refrig - lighting is bright and gives easy viewing of the entire interior - visually, this refrig is beautiful and the stainless finish seems to really be fingerprint resistant - though we haven't used it yet, the Craft Ice is nice to have as we previously molded round ice in trays ahead of entertaining - shelves are thin and not bulky - it runs super quietly - - we only hear it when the ice is filling or dropping into the bin Cons: - These Zero Clearance doors are great b/c they open even when the side of the fridge is up against a wall. What this also means (I didn't know this), is that they don't and won't open fully even if there's nothing but open space next to it. In other words, the door on the side with nothing in it's way will still only open to 90 degrees. In our case, it's a great feature on one side, but I keep trying to swing the other door fully open and it stops and recoils back to hit me. I don't know if I would have necessarily opted for this hinge had I known this in advance. It really does limit access even with both doors fully open b/c the door bins stick into the access area. - The water dispenser does not show measured amounts. Not necessarily a con, but just something our old fridge had that I didn't realize I'd miss. - It would be great if the shallow bottom drawer had a slide back top on it - - - or if it was split like the 2 deeper drawers are. It's a little annoying to have to open both doors in order to pull that drawer out to access something in it. - the top freezer drawer only partially pulls out making it a little awkward to see what's in there. You are able to lift it up and pull it further forward, but that's an extra step to take. Overall, happy but in retrospect I would have definitely still chosen the MAX, but not necessarily the Zero Clearance Hinge version.

I like this fridge, but dont love it. The zero clearance door hinges really make the opening narrow, and the in door ice dispenser needs work...its loud and the depressing button doesn't properly align with the cup. Same with the ice dispenser which kinda shots ice everywhere. without those two things I feel good about it.

The quality that LG innovates is a class in its on. Very pleased! The delivery was first class as well. The guys were very professional and helpful.
