How not sell a Refrigerator?

CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE

When I call the information is either exactly wrong or completely misleading. They say they have set up a delivery date and then it just doesn't exist. I have to go to the store to get anything done. The 800 number is a complete waste of time.
