Only a few months old and ice maker is already broke. Between Best Buy chat and then LG chat spent over an hour and still could not get an appointment to fix it. Product and service is horrible.

Horrible water

Water filter doesn't work and makes your water taste like chemicals. Replaced water filter 3 times in the first 3 weeks of use. Apparently this is common on LG refrigerators steer clear of this item.

1 year 3 months ice maker working intermittently and the bottom drawer is stuck. no warranty and best buy bs 2 year membership plan must be repurchased annually to have the 2 year coverage.

Ice Maker failed within 36 hours

The unit I bought didn't even last 36 hours before there was a problem with one of the ice makers resulting in the unit sounding like a Briggs & Stratton engine.

Loud door ice maker

Extremely loud door ice maker. LG replaced the ice maker but the ice maker is still extremely loud. LG will not fix the problem.

Love LG this is sleek and roomier at the same time . Love the ice dual maker that’s mostly reason I bought this refrigerator all the other ones had an ice maker that was not removable

I like the refrigerator but am disappointed in the heights of the shelves and wish bottom long drawer in fridge was separated. Separation of the drawer would be nice so both doors wouldn’t need to be opened to get food from either side.

We needed to replace our old refrigerator and this LG Counter-Depth Max 25 cu. Ft. French Door Smart refrigerator was a great buy. I wasn’t sure I needed dual ice makers, but surprisingly I’m glad we have it. There is more room than we had before. I’m really glad we got this one.

We love our new refrigerator!! The storage shelf’s and drawers are so practical. The refrigerator section gives us way more storage volume than our previous model. I love how it is now easier for me to organize and access items. The long slip drawer on the bottom is excellent for frequently used items. The ice machine and drawer are so convenient.

We looked at several models before settling on this LG model. The large shelves on the right door are great for juices, milk etc. Also there is an additional ice container in the freezer which is useful. Clean look inside, and can monitor temping the app.

We had a very knowledgeable sales person and he recommended the perfect refrigerator for us. It was delivered on time and installed without incident and is working beautifully.
