Looks great and works fine so far. $2400 is expensive but also well spent!

Good looking and spacious! Nice details and really beautiful.

I am very disappointed. The shelving isn't adjustable at all I have to lay my milk jugs on their side to store it. The drawers are a very cheap feeling plastic. The push button ice/beverage dispenser is VERY finicky, I fang near have to punch it for it to work. On the plus side, it keeps things cold and looks pretty. It just is made a LOT cheaper than my Damsung was

The LG - 25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator with InstaView - Stainless steel is amazing. I'm not sure how we managed with our old LG fridge for several years! This new refrigerator is spacious! We moved everything from our old fridge into this and had so much leftover space that we were amazed. Knock twice on the right side and it becomes semitransparent so that you can see whats inside. You can get small ice cubes from the ice maker or open the freezer and there is a bucket for bigger ice cubes! There is also so much space in the freezer that it's phenomenal. There is an LG app that allows you to set the temperature in the fridge or freezer and it will send notifications to let you know if you need to run the drinking water for a while (sanitation purposes I guess). It also keeps stats like how many times the door was opened. With my grandchildren living with us, I wish I had paid the extra money and gotten the version that not only goes semitransparent when you know on the door, but also opens so you don't have to open the main door each time. I give this refrigerator four thumbs up, it's definitely worth the money.

The LG French Door Counter Depth Refrigerator is an elegant addition to any kitchen. At 25.5 cu ft, this fridge freezer combo is at the top of its class for a counter depth appliance. This appliance matches great with any stainless glass combo in the kitchen due to the black instant view panel on the right side of the fridgerator door making it a versatile choice for any kitchen. Featuring LED lighting, this unit is very bringht giving the already classy unit an upscale appearance. As far as functionality goes, this unit keeps everything cold and fresh. The dual ice maker provides around 3 lbs of ive daily, however keep in mind it takes approximately 24 hours for the unit to start making ice. In my opinion, this is the best unit available on the market in its class. There are many other features and specs surrounding this appliance to discuss but overall, this unit is a top choice for many homeowners for their kitchens.

Bought this fridge when I got my house and it is still one of the nicest looking things I have. The pricing I got from best buy was great and the value lg gives with this fridge is amazing. Plenty of space for a counter depth unit and I love the duel ice makers cause when you having a party there needs to be an abundance of Ice. I will admit, I don’t use the see thru glass very often but it is a nice look. I am very happy with my purchase.

This fridge quiet; water dispenser is a very nice design. Didn’t think we would use the instaView feature but it can be useful in locating items without opening the door. Push button type controls are more intuitive than our last fridge. Only negative is the limited shelf configurations.

Prompt delivery and on schedule. The delivery gents did an excellent job in taking out old and replacing with new appliance without scratching or touching the floor or walls while hauling the equipment. The refrigerator is working in excellent condition. There is plenty of space in the fridge to place vessels and containers. The water filter works great. Like the safety mechanism which prevents use of water filter when opposite door is open. The freezer is cooling the food well. Ice cubes form well. Very silent. Like the self closing mechanism. One precaution is to ensure the door is not left open beyond a certain angle, in which case the door swings open.

It’s good it replaced 4 year old Samsung that had issues with ice and couldn’t be fixed inside is wide with ice maker in the door which makes extra space inside plus it have an another ice maker in the bottom freezer which makes more ice the fridge looks good and quite . So far we love it

Great Frig. I love it. Quiet. Ice maker nice and versatile. Never clogs up. Nice space in side. Lower freezer has ice also. Nice feature. Love the see through. Everyone comments on the nice look of this Frig. Also, caught it on sale $1000 off. Nice deal.

I recently purchased the LG 25.5 cu. ft. French Door Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator, and overall, I'm quite pleased with my investment. The sleek stainless steel design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen, and the counter-depth feature gives it a seamless look. However, one thing to note is that if you have young children at home, be prepared for them to constantly request ice cream! The convenient access to the ice and water dispenser makes it tempting for little ones to indulge in frozen treats more often than usual.

This is the nicest and easiest fridge to clean, and we love it. The changes of the interior make it an easy chore for unloading groceries for the elderly and also the handicapped. It seems that everything that goes into a refrigator has been carefully thought out and has it's own dedicated space. And NO lost extra space. Much easier to organize. This is a great style and also an extremely great price, and a wonderful help for those on fixed incomes. With the economy being what it is, and with prices rising daily, NOW is the time to get the better deals, and save for the future. LG and Best Buy is helping to bringing the best deals to the American family, so don't put off shopping. I will always be a Best Buy customer. Carole L. Lee

Ok where do I start. This beauty makes me smile every time I walk in my kitchen. I love the fact that I don’t have to open the door to see what’s inside. Once I was able to get my ice maker situated I began crushing away. If your looking for a functional beauty this is it.

Bought this for our daughter's new house. They made a great choice. Counter-depth is perfect. Wasn't sure about the InstaView...so glad this was part of the refrigerator....less time with the door open looking for beverages and condiments. The size of the refrigerator and the freezer are perfect for a young couple. And, the French doors are great for the space between the counters and island. 2nd LG we have purchased for new houses. and, Best Buy was spot on re: the pick up date.

I have had it a year but the bottom freezer something is broken on inside of railing and it will not open and it is like it is frozen shut. I am annoyed but other than that it has enough space in it and has not had any other problems cooling and water and ice maker work fine.

Love the dual ice maker, our family uses a ton of ice and this fridge always has a ton available. Had a regular size side by side previously and had a ton of room after moving everything over! This fridge is huge! You would never know its counter depth..and yet it fits so seamlessly in in my kitchen. Love setting preferences on the app, along with seeing usage data. I absolutely love this fridge!

I enjoy this refrigerator more than any refrigerator I have ever had. I like that is a smart features I can track on my phone. The lighting is beautiful and makes it very easy to see everything on the inside. This being a counter depth refrigerator I was worried it would not be large enough, but it seems to fit everything that we need. I also like I can just knock twice on it and the light comes on, so I don’t have to open it to see what I might want to get on the inside. I would definitely purchase this again.

This refrigerator looks great in our kitchen and the space inside is huge! Not having the ice maker in the refrigerator is a great improvement from older models and frees up a lot of space. The stainless on the outside is almost fingerprint free and a great advancement ~ The only issue is lack of space for taller items as the side by side shelves don't adjust independently

Fits great. Storage is perfect. Ice maker works fast and love the options.
