I love design of me new refrigerator. Really comfortable and quiet , double French door perfect for everything. Love it!

Haven’t actually put it to use yet but the price was good for open box-excellent based on original price. Very clean and Best Buy was great about changing date until I was ready to receive

After just 16 months of ownership the refrigerator just stopped cooling. Learned from the repair technician that he had a lot of LG refrigerators having the same issue. Basically the complete set of compressor, defroster had to be replaced. Parts were on short supply and it took a month for them to fix it. Just today I'm getting another error (rDh) on the panel which indicates that the newly installed defroster is not working. Wish we had been able to reach most of the reviews online after 2 years of use before we bought this refrigerator. Even with the extended Best Buy warranty, it takes weeks for an appointment and the parts are of short supply.

Found our fridge in the scratch and dent section and they fixed everything for us. Great service

This was a great buy. It was an open box with all of the latest features. Unfortunately the tag stated it was 35.75 wide and was actually 36. It didn't fit the space so it was returned.

This is great! Makes ice fast and keeps everything cool! They delivered right on time, installed just like they said they would. Very easy to work with! Love it!

When you open the right door sometimes the inner door opens too, hard to get used to the way to handle opening that door.

This LG replaced a faulty Kitchenaid product. I can only sat we got lucky that this happened. The LG is all we needed and wanted.Plus it worked right from the get go. Highly recommend this Fridge.

Love the fridge itself. It makes a racket at times hit doesn’t seem to affect its working. LG customer service is a joke but love the product.

This ia great fridge to help organize your food and see everything. We had a side by side and threw things out that got lost behind other items. Love the different compartment all at eye level.

I bought this refrigerator in 2015. The compressor and the ice maker has gone out multiple times. I had the Greek Squad warranty for the first time and LG covered the repair the second time, but this time LG is stated my fridge was too old and they would only cover the compressor part. I have to pay over $700 dollars for labor and the ice maker. I missed the deadline of the lawsuit because the other two times were covered. LG is quite aware of how poorly this compressor is and should stand behind their product. This refrigerator is very expensive and 3 major repairs in 6 years is unacceptable.

I have always had success and a good experience with LG. I look forward to seeing how this round goes.

But ask me in 10 years and I'll let you know! Initially everything works well but what happens 3, 5 or even 10 years from now? That's when we should be doing these reviews not now!

This unit is not even two years old yet. In Mar 2020 it stopped cooling. The repair company replaced the motherboard. It was working until Oct 2020. In Oct I was told the unit had leaked Freon. When the repair guy showed up to fix the leak and cut the line it was clearly not a Freon leak. I was then told that the compressor was bad. After the coil and compressor was replaced the unit still does not cool. I called LG again and was told that it will take up to 3 days to get an authorization to the company that was out to look at it again. At this point I have been without a frig for 3 weeks.I will not be buying an LG frig again.

Very happy with fridge. Arrived when promised, delivery personnel installed it and explained all the features. Fridge is huge and well designed, works great thus far. Love it

Great fridge with French doors and plenty of space with the ice maker and filter out of the way. Freezer drawer can be fully pulled out, and adjustable temp drawer is useful.

Love this one we had another version of one which stopped working but this latest is wonderful and especially the finish on the outside is easy to clean. Highly recommend this

I had this for about a month now. Tons of space, the filter is best. I had shop and look at all other refrigerator but this is the best one so far.

Tons of room but low capacity ice maker. 2 people in the household amd it can't keep up.

I bought this for my new home and the product is great with elegant design in affordable price.
