||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i never thought I would actually need the door that opened two ways, but it is so convenient for unloading from the washing machine and dumping down into the dryer to have the drop down door. The steam feature works great too! Very nice for items you can't wash or items you want to remove wrinkles from. If I had to do it again I would spring for the gas dryer. My rental didn't have hook up for the gas.

I love the way the door works on this machine. I can open it from the side or from the top. Opening the door from the top makes putting laundry into the dryer so much easier.
