89 Year-old had trouble using...

It has more features than my 89 year-old mother is used to. We just wanted a phone for "calling" and, "receiving calls". Nothing fancy. I guess we were lucky flip phones are still available. She's getting there. It just takes time.

This phone is ok, but the batteries need charged

This phone is every harder to use. I am really upset that it didn't come with a manual. The online demands an extension to Chrome which I would rather not do. Right now, he was wasted a lot of time getting this phone up to speed.

Good phone for my 98 year old mother
