Nice to have touch screen without needing a data plan

Great phone for someone that doesn't need a Smart Phone!

I purchased this phone for my young daughter. She easily started using it without the instructions. She likes the slide open keyboard, and the color! Only drawback is that it is easy to pocket dial people.

It worked fine for two weeks and then suddenly my text/photo memory is full and unable to delete them. There are too many steps to get to calls, Voice mail and texts. Accidental dialing when holding to face as I talk on the phone. Not been a good experience so far for my first touch screen phone and first time with Verizon and an LG phone. Was not impressed with LG customer service when I called to get help with these issues.

I bought this phone for my elderly mother since it was simple, according to sales associate. Mother is having problems with screen sensitivity and features. I called Verizon about it but they just said it was past warranty after 30 days. No help at all! !

This is a good start phone for my 12 yr old daughter without major frills. I limited uses to talk and text only with limitations.

I think this is a perfect purchase for someone who does not want internet service or an I phone. I also want to compliment the staff at Best Buy they guided me in the right direction, were very knowledgable and very courteous.

I feel this is a easy phone to use. The only thing is since it is a touch screen you need to remember to push the button on the side so you don't hang up on people.

Phone is nice, but took first one back because it dials out when ur talking, and now this one is doing it also. Thought lg was a good product.

would not recommend phone turns on and dials by its self if you put it in a pocket or purse but when you want it to turn on it fights you

I got this phone for my teenage stepson, perfect for what we need. A le to choose whether or not to allow a dataplan, so able to save on cost
