I didn't like this phone. It did not feel like it was user friendly or logical in the ways to get to certain parts of it.

I got this for my mom who wanted to learn texting. Works great.

I wouldn't even give this to a child! Very bad phone!

I wish I never got this phone but i'm now stick with it 2 years..

My phone worked the first two weeks I purchased it. Ever since then It disconnects when I am talking with some one and sometimes when I call it shuts off. I am supose to receive a new one in the mail. My sister had the same phone and also had trouble and now has a smart phone.

I have spent alot of time on the phone with verizon techs tring to help me get service on my cell phone in my house - still not quite 2 bars

Phone is very sensitive and dials on its own. No selection in store for non - smart phones.

I like the phone. I think it is pretty reliable. The only problem is that there are no games offered. This is the first phone I ever got that did not have some dumb little game that I could use to waste a few minutes while waiting in a doctors office or in the car for gf to run into a store quick.

My son's first Extravert 2 lasted almost a week and then he could no longer delete texts. He also only got about half of the texts that were sent to him. When you looked at the texts, they were blank and when you went in to the actual text it said "No Content." A factory reset didn't even solve the problem. We took the phone back and got a new one. This new one only lasted about 4 days and then the same thing happened. Evidently, this is a known issue. LG told Verizon to stop reporting the issue because they're well aware of it and are working on a fix. However, there is no estimated date for the fix. We're taking the phone back tomorrow.

I just got this phone as an upgrade after my old phone screen cracked and went black. The touch screen is nice, but it's either too sensitive, or not enough; you gotta pay attention to it constantly when you use it. My biggest issue just a day into owning this phone is my text conversations are disappearing! I was in the middle of an important conversation and went to review something that had been said, only to find that the text no longer existed on my phone, along with several other texts that had suddenly vanished as well. Going into text another way, I found a text from someone else in the middle, and the times and order of texts were all out of place, and incorrect times had been put on them, and with others the times were correct, but put randomly in the wrong hour. Beyond frustrating for me. This phone is already officially my backup phone, as I've been using a Virgin Mobile phone since my old phone had broken. The Extravert 2 might be a good deal if you get the rebate, but don't waste your time with it. I mainly text, and so this phone will either sit on a shelf or get thrown against a wall.

Drops calls, not user friendly, calls people when screen gets bumped.

This phone won't let me get anything on it like Games and songs, or Internet.

We purchased this phone for my son and so far so good. The phone seems durable and I have not heard any complaints yet.
