I love my lg g pad 8.3 . Fast processor beautiful hd streaming videos for YouTube ,Netflix, Hulu plus. This is a great buy for anyone looking to buy a tablet. Lg is making some awesome products.

This LG 8.3 Tablet is wonderful for its convenience, ease of use, and dynamic screen resolution. It sits perfectly in my hands, and lets me share video watching with my spouse in tight spots, like on an airplane. The sound is also good, but this links with my bluetooth speaker, so that works really well. Also, then no one has to let their phone batteries drain from music play.

Love that it's fast And touch screen. Also, really light to handle. It lets you take screen shots, like a phone! It's everything I ever wanted on a pad. Camera it's great! Love it!!!

I mainly use this tablet for school. i open and edit power points with no problem. There's never really any lag. screen looks great. The speakers are really the only real let down other than that tablet is great.

Very thin and easy to hold onto with one hand. The display is great! It looks really nice when watching videos on YouTube. Camera isn't that great to take pictures with but it's still doable. Has Remote access but wished it was more compatible with more off brand tv's.

Light weight, great build quality, and full HD screen make this table one of the best you can get in the price range,

Ok,first off I ended up buying this from another site but wanted to tell people about how great it is and don't let the higher price make you buy a lesser tablet. This thing is incredible. Super fast with a flawless interface. Well worth it. I'm an HTC diehard that always hoped they would get in e tablet game. Since they didn't I looked around at the Nexus, Samsung Galaxy 8.0 and the Ipad. They dont even come close to this table. This thing is fully customizable and is drowning in very useful features like Slide aside, Q slide, quick memo, double tap to wake screen and turn off. I can't believe how much I love that feature. And so much more. It is crazy fast and apps open lightning quick and even download and update super fast. I run Norton on here and it scans all apps before install and it's still way faster than my phone and even my laptop. Screen is gorgeous and plays videos great with great sound coming from the dual speakers. Screen is a little dark when playing videos but you just drag down the notification screen to quickly adjust brightness and volume and youre good to go. SD card slot is an awesome inexpensive way to up your storage. One downside is you can't move apps to it. But I think that's not Lg's fault, it's probably the operating system Jelly Bean. I hearthis getting Kit Kat soon so maybe they'll address this issue. Still it's great to load all your music on or pictures, videos etc... The 16gb on board is really plenty for your apps unless you have many storage thirsty game apps. Can't say enough good things about this tablet. Set up was a breeze and as soon as I signed into Google it took all my contacts and apps and settings off my phone and put them on the tablet. In less than 10 minutes I was up and running. Battery life is amazing. Play on it all day, mix of social media, youtube, internet on and off throughout the day and it last me about 12-13 hours. Use it lighty i get 2 days out of it. Charges very fast too. I love this thing so much I'm upgrading to the LG G2 smartphone. I was saving my upgrade for the HTC One or its succesor (my son has the One and its amazing) but now I want the LG phone. I'm totally hooked on this company now. I cannot believe this phone doesn't get kore press. Hardly anyone knows about it. It's the best kept secret in Android tablets. It deserves way more praise. No other tablet can touch this. The ipad with retina display is close but only in screen, nothing else. LG gpad destroys in all other catagories. Get this you'll will jot be disappointed. Also check out the LG G2 phone too. I'ts even faster than the tablet with all the same features. Bravo LG bravo!

I was in the market for an Android tablet. At first, I decided to check out the Nexus 7. I purchased one and I realized that while it was fast and speedy, there just isn't enough screen real estate for anything multimedia or eBook reading. So it went back. And I came upon this tablet here online. For $70 more than what I paid for the Nexus 7, I get: - a bigger battery - expandable storage - Wireless N Dual Band (2.4/5 Ghz) - a bigger screen - an aluminum back At those considerations, I thought, why not? It seemed like an incredible deal. Note that Best Buy seemed to drop the price to $300 from $350 after the Nexus version of this tablet went out, which makes this an AMAZING DEAL. I am very technology-versed, so I was able to root the tablet and install KitKat on it, so I saved $50 doing so. And what a tablet this is. Fast, zero lag, big storage (w/ a 64 GB microSD card), and a gorgeous, yet reasonable, sized display. This is the tablet that nearly knows about though. When I purchased it in store, there were only three left and not a model on display. Also note that the boxes aren't sealed, so open the box up and make sure that the tablet is still in brand new condition. If you're on the fence between the Nexus 7 and this tablet, pay the extra money like I did and go for this one. You certainly won't regret it. Highly recommended.

After using Galaxy Tab 7.0 and Kindle Fire HD 7, I grew tired of 7-inch tablets. For an owner of Samsung Galaxy Note 2, 7-inch screens just don't look much bigger than my trusty phablet's. As an avid ebook reader, I did not want a 10-inch tablet though - I wanted something with a larger than 7-inch screen but compact enough to hold with one hand and carry around in my purse. This LG G Pad 8.3 just hit that sweet spot. Gorgeous 8.3" super high-definition IPS LCD display with minimum bezels and solid build quality, quad core Snap Dragon 600 chip sets and 2 GB RAM - this slate is very snappy and (almost) everything I wanted for a tablet. Only one of my gripes is that LG's own skin on top of Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 is not very attractive nor impressive. However, as flexible as Android system is meant to be, the problem has been easily solved by installing Nova Launcher Prime. I was glad to find that Slid Aside (save up to 3 apps for quick switching by sliding to the left and right with 3 fingers - I found this function is very useful), QSlide (sort of a floating window for multitasking with limited apps that support it) and KnockOn (double-tapping the center of the screen to turn screen on and off) features still work well with the Nova Launcher. So far, I have been very satisfied with this tablet. You can definitely notice the difference between 7-inch and 8.3-inch screen size. Games are quick to load and no lag has been detected so far. Reading ebooks, watching Netflix and Amazon Instant Video (You will have to install Adobe Flash Player 11.1 and set the browser in desktop mode for the latter to work) have been pleasure. Even if the 5 MP camera (no flash) takes only so-so quality pictures, it doesn't bother me much - that is not the reason I got my tablet. Now, my only concern is that whether LG will redeem itself by being more diligent at updating the OS of its mobile devices (LG has been very negligent in this specific area so far) - I want my own taste of KitKat, too! Also, it has been very difficult to find a case (non-book cover style) for this tablet in the US - I had to order one from a Korean site, which would have been almost impossible if I could not speak Korean. I'd love to see Best Buy carry accessories for this fantastic tablet.

Haven't used a lot but we like it so far. We were looking a getting a new laptop and decided a tablet would do everything we needed.

this is a great tablet and it has a lot of great features
