I switched carriers and needed a new phone that I knew I'd end up replacing in a few months, so I went with the G2. While most of the features and the display of the phone is great, I occasionally do run into a problem with the phone freezing and locking up. It sometimes takes a few minutes to get it back to a usable state and on a few occasions it won't unless you force restart it. Other than that snag the phone is, at least so far, great.

my phone works great and battery life so far is wonderful

No issues with the issue has been with the provider not upgrading service in certain areas. They said they are in the process to up grade my problem area in the next 30 days. My son has the same phone and he is happy with it.

Love, love,love this phone! Upgraded from a galaxy s3 to galaxy s5 n hated it ! So i exchanged it for this LG G2 , best decision ever! I love everything about! Knock feature is very convenient n control key on back of phone very helpful, I also love that you can take a selfie using the bottom volume button to snap the picture!

Great phone with a easy use and the camera is amazing

Very fast phone. Picture quality good. Sound OK. Dropped the phone from about a foot onto the sidewalk. Phone screen shattered. And of course Best Buy now has a $150 deductible for any repairs. No thanks. Canceling Geek squad plan and selling the phone back to Sprint.

It was between the LG G2 and the Samsung S4 and looking at all of the features and specifications my choice landed on the LG G2 hands down without any doubt. Great video and audio playback and extremely fast downloading.

Overall great price for a super high quality phone. Has to be the phone of the year with ease..

Overall, I am very pleased with the phone. My only challenges have been a few occasions where the phone shut off by itself.

This phone is good for someone that is going to use the phone for work surf the web and make phone calls. The keyboard is something to get use to, due to the fact of how small all the letters are.

The LG G2 is a quality phone and was nice and cheep. The associates at Best Buy really did what ever they could to find a quality phone within my price limit.

Haven't had it long enough to know all the ins and outs yet. But I'm really enjoying it. Can't wait to figure it all out.

I had a Samsung phone before and really liked it. I didn't want to spend the money for the 5. I had an LG phone before and liked it. I really like this phone just as much as the Samsung.

Love my phone. I would recomend this phone to anyone who is desiring to buy or renew a contract with their provider. I have had my service provider for several years and have bought my phone at Best buy for several years too.

While it's not the newest out there, for anyone getting into the smartphone world, it's a great start. Only complaint is the GPS wanders slightly and can lag a little.

Excellent phone - Remember LG is also South Korean like Samsung and their products quality is comparable to their Japanese counterparts Toyota and Honda in the Auto world.
