Awesome phone. My friends with Samsung' Galaxy's are jealous after seeing this phone.

Screen broke within a day of having the phone and no longer worked on the top half... Good phone to have an otter box on! I've had a g2 before though and other than the screen they are amazing phones.

Overall, very satisfied with this phone. I would def recommend to anyone.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a phone. I'm convinced that I may have gotten a lemon. The phone was on sale for $14.98 and I thought I was getting a steal! Now I feel that I was robbed. The Best Buy warranty is only 15 days. After my third week of having this phone I started to have major trouble. For example, all of a sudden text messages weren't going through and the keyboard (when emailing or texting) would simply not appear. Very frustrating. I took the phone to Best Buy, where a young lady took a look at it. I was advised that my "data" button was not activated. She proclaimed she fixed it. I was having the same problems an hour or so later. I talked with Sprint, and even called LG to let them know this was a terrible phone and that I deserved a replacement (NOT a refurbished phone). LG asked me to send the phone in and let them look at it- this would take 2-3 weeks. I asked would a have a phone in the interim, they told me no. Smh. So I'm going to get a Samsung Galaxy this weekend. This is was very disappointing. However, according to the sales rep at Best Buy, I was the first person she'd ever seen with issues re: this phone. So hopefully others will have better luck than me.

Great phone but battery life could be better but....

The exchange of my phone was not a very good thing... On Sunday when I went to get my phone check I was greeted with some things that wasn't enjoyable... The language that the employee used wasn't very nice at all and his attitude matched ... I was there over an hour and half before being told he couldn't do anything and to order a new phone. The service I got yesterday wasn't the way it should have been....

The phone screen went out after 4 months. Sent it in to LG and they refused to fix it.

I never could get internet on this phone. and difficult to handle and very delicate, breaks easly.-

I'm a phone junkie and buy new phones all the time. I bought the Nexus 5 a week ago and decided to pick this one up after the N5 screen and battery life and spekaers let me down. This is the phone I originally wanted but since I was on Sprint a had to wait a extra month while they added tri band to the phone. I must say this is the best phone I have ever used and I have owned them all. My last 2 phones were the Nexus 5 and HTC One (which I loved and highly recommend). The G2 shines above both of those. The phone has a 5.2' IPS HD display which is flawless, it has the perfect amount of punch and saturation which the N5 was lacking. The screen takes up most of the front and to the sides almost no bezel. I will not get into the spec too much because you can find that out. This phone has the best battery life, I can easily get a whole day to 2 days on one charge, and most importantly is the screen on time, I can easily get 6 or 7 hrs. The knock knock feature is great, you just tap twice on the screen to cut it on or off. The camera is amazing and the phone can record in 1080p at 60fps which most phones can not do, some can do 1080p but at only 30fps, I ran several benchmark tests and they blew every other phone out of the water.

I deducted one point for lack of an SD card. The battery is sealed in the case, which cannot be opened. Functionally, the phone works great. This is LG 's newest flagship model and it is every bit as good as the competition or better. Compared to an S4, it has a faster processor and a bigger screen. The screen is edge to edge with beautiful resolution and great touch response. The quad core processor handles anything you throw at it. 1.5G of RAM keeps things running smoothly. Up to 32G of storage gives room for lots of music. Stereo speakers are located on the bottom, which I thought was weird until I realized you can put this phone in your pocket and listen. Awesome! To sum up, great screen, processor, memory, storage, and speakers. This is highly recommended unless you just gotta have that SD slot.

Screen broken in 24 hours because something scratched it the wrong way in my pocket. As with all new phones if you do not pay an additional $50.00 to $100.00 on a case immediately don't get the phone. The prices should be going down on these new phones not up. Quality of the product actually does matter to some people.
