Hands down a better phone than the S4. Performance is significantly faster than the S4 as it did come out 6 months after the release of the S4. This thing is snappy. The faster processor is very noticeable here. I believe its running the same android version as the S4. I really like the drop down menu as having a remote control for your tv. You can pretty much setup any tv, dvd, and blue ray using this phone. Probably the only thing that could use some improvement here is taking multiple shots with the camera. In the S4 you just hold down the button like on the iphone. On the LG G2, you have to go into menu and set it up to burst. You can only take a maximum of 20 shots. Overall, an excellent phone and I would take it over the S4.

Had phone, liked it, then software update in September made bluetooth unreliable to the point I have to use a single ear bud while driving (to be legal) or two when walking or working out as bluetooth headset/headphones are now useless. Screen is great, speed on games good. Music player leaves much to be desired. Has trouble with certain music file types my samsung sIII had no issue with. Camera is decent, not great. Speakerphone is good. LG Customer Service is Horrible. They want me to ship the phone at my expense and stated it will take 3-4 weeks (ship there, 5-8 business days to 'fix' and then ship back). Told them there are numerous reviews from technical bloggers stating the Bluetooth issue since September 2014 upgrade and that a repair is futile unless they have a fix for the software. Answer is, if problem exists again, we'll cover shipping the 2nd time, and try to repair the phone again.. Robot answer without any intelligence. Will not be buying an LG phone again. Beware.

I couldn't wait to receive this phone with all the great specs, but within a day, my joy became frustrations. I was finally expecting the experience of 4G LTE with Sprint and this phone keeps showing me 3G. No, it's not a setting issue. Where I was able to receive reasonable 3G signal in my office, I could not with this phone. I was lucky to get a single bar while getting data connectivity loss. Outside, I was sure to get 4G, but not even that as I drove home peeking at the signal it was locking to. I finally saw some 4G, but barely a bar or two. Called Sprint and they couldn't help with it and claim that I should be receiving 4G at home. After all, my son has the HTC 8XT and he is receiving 4G. Overall the phone operation is fantastic, but I regret having to return it so I can get a phone that will keep me happy. Pay attention to your signal with this phone

I use the AT&T variant of the G2 as my primary phone. Great performance, excellent battery life, 1080p display. The few downsides include non-expandable storage and camera slowness. For the Sprint variant of the G2 here, it is necessary to root the phone to prevent Sprint's activation screen from appearing on startup.

Bought this phone back in January, I love the battery life and the picture quality is great as well. Would have loved an sd card slot. Would recomment to Android lovers.

I love this phone! I switched from an iPhone 4 and it was the best decision! I did have some trouble switching from the iPhone because of the iMessage but, that was an Apple issue not an Android issue. It did however take a few weeks to fix. Takes great pictures and the quality is the best. I'm not sure how anyone would want to have an iPhone compared to this phone. I even have other LG electronics in my house (tv, washer/dryer) and have been very happy with them. If something I want to buy comes in LG that's what I get. LOL. I even had my phone on a boat with me and we hit a wave that soaked it... I put it in a bag of rice for about 32 hrs and it works just as well as it did when I got it.

Best phone I've ever had hands down. I used to be an iPhone freak, but no longer I promise. Everything about this phone is everything I want in a phone lol. I'm nervous to see what LG comes out with next man lol.

I got this phone delivered today. Device is good. I wanted to use ULTRA SIM in this device but its not working. can some one help?

Good and fast comparable to the note 3 unfortunatley it says it takes a micro sd to expand which is does not bestbuy may want ti change that on the spec sheet overall good phone had some problems with ordering but got cleared up

I've own this phone for about a month and I already love it. crystal clear display very fast playing games and all kind of tasks I trow at it. The only think I have to complain about the phone No micro SD card. Phone works flawlessly as far as calls and data goes when the lousy sprint network permits it.

with this being my first android phone after using iphones in the past, it has been a bit of a struggle transitioning. not too bad. i have enjoyed all of the customizable perks and really have seen a great improvement on the android battery life.

Excels & impesses in everything that you would come to expect of an android device & more...the only personal drawback for me is that despite it being listed to have micro sd storage expandability by bestbuy be forewarned ,unless I'm mistaken, IT DOESN'T FEATURE A MICRO SD CARD SLOT! Really wished that it did or better yet still that inspite of my pre-purchasing research wasn't made aware of this omission until after my device was activated.

I love everything sbout this phone. I only charge it every other day. This is my first LG and I'm impressed.

Bought this phone a week ago and was impressed by the picture and sound quality as well as speed. But after dropping it from about a foot and a half the screen cracked. I have owned many different phones in the past and all of them were sturdier than this. Of course the Best Buy Geek Squad protection now requires a $150 deductible for phone repairs.....no thanks. Cancelling protection plan and not buying another LG product anytime soon.....

The phone itself is great. The only thing they would need to change or the speakers at the bottom of the phone.

My husband has an S4.I like S4 much more.It is thinner and lighter.G2 is an Ok smartphone but not the best.I Would recommend S4 to friends.

this phone has lost all my apps and I have had to reload all of them. LG knows about the problem but will not correct it so far. sent it in all they did was a software up date. this did not work. has happened now 5 times. purchased it December 4th and happened first time right after Christmas. LG has told Sprint the problem is not happening enough for a recall or anything liked that. IF YOU WANT A DEPENDABLE PHONE DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!!!

Not sure if the phone i got was faulty but its garbage!!!! I hate it. Went to bed with 98% 5 hrs later it has 12%. Put it on charger charged to 55%, 2hrs later 6%. Yes i have a task killer killed everything no changes. I have had the piece of garbage for 3 days now, and now i know why it was free for my upgrade. Taking it back today. Not to mention its almost ways super hot. Dont buy this piece of #&???!i for a phone.
