    I love my phone. I'm still learning how to use it. I love the leather backing. I wish it had the voice to text. I love the alarm but I cannot get the volume to go down.

    I don't change phones often... my LG broke so I searched for a new phone...went with the LG4 because the reviews were great for the camera, software, etc. Learning to use the volume button on the back instead of the sides...overall, I love it!

    This phone has a much larger internal drive which enables me to have the important apps in my phone, i.e. health, insurance, bank, bill pays, etc. . While my LG G3 Vigor was a good phone for most purposes, it simply did not have enough space to have those apps in it. In all the other areas of a good smart phone, the LG G4 excels.

    I got this phone for my 86-year-old mother to use. The biggest selling point is the location of the power and volume buttons--on the back! She kept turning her flip phone volume down while talking on it because the buttons were on the side where she naturally held it. This phone (in basic mode) allows her to use the photo dials, look at Facebook, and even make video calls. It's not for everyone, but it works for her.
