I LOVE this phone. As a former G3 owner I wanted to upgrade to this after trying a couple other phones. I always come back to this platform. The UI is simple and the features they have added are useful and unobtrusive. My only complaint is that the battery life is a little suspect, but I have a suspicion after using other Android 5.0 and up phones that it's due to OS software and not a hardware issue. We will see when 6.0 hits!

I really love this phone. Before this phone I had the samsung 2, 3, 4... And the note 4. This LG G4 is just as good as any of them phones. As far as I'm concerned it's even better. I've had it for a month already and haven't had any problems. It's a much better price too!

Searched for a phone that wasn't going to raise my bill drastically. Saw this phone for $15.44/month and also came with a giftcard! Offer too good to pass up and I'm happy that I didn't! The phone features are very nice and the smooth operating system is always a plus!

Following an AT&T update started getting msg - 'unfortunately Home has stopped working'; phone would then revert to a page recently used. Without any warning the micro plug stopped working & the battery died completely - no power, no phone use! On the plus side, I did like the touch features of the phone.

I switched to LG after being a loyal Samsung customer for many years. Samsung lost me as a customer when they decided to eliminate the customers' ability to replace battery and switch micro SD cards. Before I decided to buy my new phone, I got my wife a Samsung S6 64 Gb. In addition, I got my sons the following: Samsung S6 Edge 64 Gb and the LG G4. I patiently waited two months and used, compared, discussed and weighed pros and cons. At the end, the LG G4 emerged as a clear winner. This phones superiority comes from its ability to be customized. Unlike Apple and, most recently Samsung, the user is in charge. YOU can replace your own battery. YOU can expand your own memory. YOU can save files (music, movies, music, whatever) on an SD card from your computer and, on a trip or something, just insert the card and voi-la'! you can add up to an additional 128 Gb of stuff!!!! You will LOVE the G4 smart settings. you can set up your phone to do different things depending on where you are. For example, as soon as I arrive home, it automatically turns on the wifi function. The location services (GPS) knows where you are (Work, home, etc) and it will turn things on and off based on your location. The camera is truly amazing. I know everyone talks about it, but you must try it yourself. I am a point and shoot kind of person, but I often catch myself playing with the manual mode and taking awesome pics. I still find things out I didn't know about. You can do things like unlocking the screen by tapping a pattern. That's SO handy. YOU can customize the menus, home buttons, etc. The on/off and volume buttons are on the BACK, not on the side. It took me a few days to get used to it, and now I love it. Oh yes, YOU can also program what those buttons to, like, by clicking the volume up button twice, it launches the quick notes and double-clicking the volume down button, it launches the camera. There are free apps you can download to change that. Like on mine, if you double click the volume up, it launches the flash light. This phone does not have that huge amount of "bloat" the Samsung (like the Apple) phones bring. Who cares or used the Samsung music, book and other apps? The LG specs are a bit weaker that Samsung's but since it does not have the bloatware, the phone "feels" faster. I could go on and on, but needless to say more, the LG G4 is the phone to get these days. What's missing: - Download booster. With the Samsung, you have the ability to download files using wifi AND the data plan simultaneously. And that's cool. - Qi wireless charging. I don't mind plugging in a cable to charge my phone, but it is nice to just throw it on top of a wireless charger and let it do it's work. - Fast charging. Having them side by side, I see the Samsung charging a lot faster, but I tell you, the Samsung's non-removable battery depleats faster too. And the Samsung runs hotter. - Some reviewers complain about the plastic back. It does NOT bother me at all, and if that's the price to pay for removable battery and SD card slot, I'm happy. and if that really bother's you, LG offers a leather back that is really slick. I see LG will be launching the LG G4 Pro later in 2015 and I hear it will have a faster processor. Rumors say it will have a metal back. I really hope they do not take away the ability to swap batteries and SD cards.
