LG G5 is as good a smart phone as Samsung S7. Same Qualcomm processor, better wide angle camera, Android 7.0 with split screen capability -- it is a great device. And with discounted best buy pricing (for SPRINT) and free additional battery and charger -- it was an easy decision. I upgraded from Samsung S5 -- very happy with the LG G5 functionality and price.

I've been a fan of LG since the G2 and this is by far one of the best G series phones. Crisp photo taking and functionality. Great spot to put the Sd card not like the G2. Charges really FAST! was down to 12% after about 40-45 min it was about 80%. Downfall is that the battery goes quick though it's expected due to the high usage I put into the phone. Like all my other phones I recommend another battery and a charging dock for it. Besides that....it's a wonderful phone!

Picked this up on promotion for $120 and it included a mophie power station and additional wall charger and cable. The phone is great and I replaced a Note 3 with it. Battery life, WiFi, BT and sound are all great. The best part of this phone is the camera and the ability to add extras to the base. There are actually two cameras on the back and takes excellent wide screen shots. If I had to choose a phone to replace my Note 3 again, it would definitely be this one!

I was skeptical of the phones weird design, back mounted finger print reader, and slight different UI than I had been accustomed to in Samsung devices. However I have beeb very impressed with the features and functionality of the phone and it comes at a price that is significantly cheaper with I think even better features in many cases than its competition.

I was interested in the LG G5 because my experience with the G3 was great (until the day it died). I decided to look at the LG G5 and also the Nexus 6P. I liked the idea of a cleaner machine with the 6P but the fit and finish was not there and the camera was not impressive. The G5's camera, by comparison is amazing! It blows the S7's camera out of the water as well. The options, ease of use and especially the wide angle camera are awesome. The processing speed is great but it has glitched a few times since I bought it (just over a month ago). Hopefully it doesn't ever turn into a big problem. I like the size of the phone, the display is good and the LG packaged features make it pleasurable to use.

Performance of this phone is comparable to the Galaxy. It has a nice size screen, the battery lasts quite long, has a lot of nice features, and does what it is supposed to do. We purchased of them and we are happy with your purchase.I would refer this product to my family and friends.

It was such a great phone that someone stole it from my 14 year old daughter.

This phone is wonderful. It is fast, graphics are good, the cameras are amazing, it has a decent amount of storage space, plus the expandable memory slot being on the side is super convenient, the speaker volume is loud and good quality. I've been very happy with this phone thus far. It is definitely on par with its competetors.

Right size, great graphics, outstanding camera, fast

I was tentative on switching from Samsung to LG, however, I have numerous other LG products and have had great experiences with all of them. The UI is a little odd at first, but I love how much freedom they give you to customize it, something that is relatively unique in the upper end smartphone market. I had expected failure from the battery insertion mechanism, but I watched videos on youtube and saw that it can actuallu take quite a lot of abuse and is actually I think more secure than any removable battery I've had in the past. Camera is great, only complaint is that not after a few months of abuse it does not seem to focus as quickly or nicely, this is a chronic problem with every smart phone camera I've ever had though, I skateboard and often have my phone on me, so the phone probably takes more abuse than it would in the hands of the typical user. That said I can't rightly hold this "failure" against the phone since it is still performing at least as well if not better than anything else I've had in the past. I also love the wide angle camera feature and use it on a regular basis.

LG G5 has good reception, high quality screen, and a good GUI. Just wish it came with headphones! The ability to switch the battery (or just pull it out when you want to make sure the phone is 'OFF') is a great feature.

Love my new G5! Battery life got better and also no more overheating... the wide angle camera is awesome! No more having to have people sandwich together to take pics...only negative thing I can I say is that I wish they'd bring all the accessories available for this phone to the states...

I went back to LG after several Galaxies and am very glad I did. The G5 is fast, has a great display, better sound than the S7, and has a removable battery to boot. The rear fingerprint reader is exactly where it should be and the camera is great with the wide angle feature. Even without the modular friends this is the best phone out there (Forbes magazine agrees).

Had previously purchased this phone for myself, when it came time to upgrade my husband decided he wanted one too. Easy to use, good camera, vibrant screen with a good resolution.

I like the screen size which is easy to read along with the self adjusting brightness of the screen . The battery is really good compared to my old phone . I use it quite a lot and so far I charge it every third day . Great phone all the way around .

So I picked up this phone when the sale was on for my daughter who's iphone 5c was broken. This phone as a great trade for a 12 year old. More memory, great features, wider screen...! She loves it. I should have grabbed one for myself.

Love love love lg. This phone has far exceeded the expectations I had and even the ones I've read online. The battery is great.. handles well and fits in my hand perfectly. I will purchase the next phone in the series

Really love my new LG phone. Had 2 Samsung phones prior to switching to the LG. Love the size, interface and where the home button is located. Also it has been keeping its charge longer than the Samsung.

Decent battery life, fast processor. Can't figure out how to switch between camera and video recording. Great price at $5/month
