The phone is speedy, but it still does this weird thing of telling me I have new messages when they are old messages that I've already deleted. The buying process was a hassle. AT&T still hasn't gotten my bill correct from this Best Buy purchase. I bought two of these phones at the time.

I ordered the AT&T model, even though it was more expensive than the unlocked because it was ready to ship immediately. Upon receiving the phone, I opened it to discover NO CASE! Now the unlocked is available to ship immediately but if I try to return this one I'll be charged a $45 restock fee!!! I feel betrayed and lied to and I am not pleased with this purchase. The phone was even dirty inside the box which was going to be the only big complaint I'd have but this just tops it off. And, don't try contacting customer support, the wait is forever and they'll drop you after a while so you have to reconnect and get added back to the back of the line.

Great phone for someone who drops it alot
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone is overall a good phone. I have the dual screen with mine. I hardly use the dual screen though. I dropped my phone over 30 times so far in a parking lot, on a sidewalk, and hardwood flooring. The phone didnt crack or get a scratch. I was thinking about switching to iphone but the way this phone is holding up during my clumsiness, I just cant let it go because its been faithful. The battery last a long time. The memory is great! I dont need another case for the phone because the dual screen is the case. My daughter loves my phone as well. I will be purchasing 2 more for my daughter and niece since I know this phone is built to last.
