This watch was the perfect solution for my issue. I did not want to buy a cell phone for my young son, but I wanted to be able to call him and find out where he was when he was out playing in the neighborhood. The things I recommend to make it great are to partner with more mobile networks. Currently, this watch only works if you have a Verizon account. Second, make it a bit smaller and older kid looking. There are only two colors, blue and pink, and it is rather bulky. It stays on the arm good, though, It would be great if it actually gave the time in digital mode. Last, I wish that the use could call more than two numbers. The user can call two numbers, and up to 4 people can call the user. Overall, it gets the job done, and my son loves the watch.

It is easy to use and I like everything about it. Battery holds a charge. It takes a beating. Tracking is excellent for $5 a month it gives me peace of mind

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter. I wanted it for the gps tracking function. The locations seem a bit off and you have to wait for a few minutes to ping the device , meaning you can't actively track it. The phone portion is decent there are two volumes high and low. You can set it to pick up automatically after 10 seconds of ringing which is good. Overall a good gadget and my daughter loves it.

This is the 2nd watch I purchae for my boys. It's features are the best. I have a peace of mind knowing I can reach my boys and know where they are at any time. Sound and volume quality are the Best and you can't beat the battery life.

I purchased this from Verizon for my 5 year old daughter's first day of kindergarten. It is now two and a half weeks old and has failed. It will not communicate with the control app or make/receive calls. Location cannot be tracked. While it worked, it gave me great piece of mind, even with its serious flaws. If my child (or anyone else) turns it off, I can't turn it back on through the app. I can turn it off but not on. What's the use of that? Also, turning off the band turns off the tracking capability. This quick failure will not allow me to feel as secure as I did and the fact that I can't activate the phone is a big problem. Perhaps not as big a deal if it couldn't be turned off manually.

My daughter likes to play outside with her friends with all of the other kids in our subdivision and they are always from one friends house to the next. so this was heaven sent for me. I can now keep track of her where abouts and call her to check in anytime
