It's untouchable to any other laptops on the market with everything it has to offer, especially for everyday home office use like i use it for. Next will be the 32 gig ram LG Gram. This fits great with my previous LG gram 17iin for a dual workstation. They definitely know how to stay above the competition. Everyone's experience is different but I believe you won't be disappointed.

Got all that and the reliability of LG - on sale! Christmas came early with this LG Gram 16, appreciate the set up from Geek Squad too.

I’ve had a little over a year and it quit working. It wouldn’t stay charged and I had to replace the battery charger cord, which only lasted a few months. I’m not satisfied at all!!

It reminds me of early model laptops with frequent blue screens and freezing. 50% of the start up goes to a blue screen. System freezes every 2 hours of work. Needs shut down and restart to function again. Big disappointment as I will not be able to use this for work. Battery life has never lived up to the hype.
