I've only had the computer for a few weeks but so far so good! I am a bit particular about things, so let me break this down into pros and cons: +s: Good speed, nice look, super light, love the 17" screen. Responsiveness of the keys when typing is good. Battery lasts a long time. -s: The speakers are ok but not great. We have a Bose wireless speaker which we use if a few people are watching something (there is no real delay with the wireless speaker- unlike what we noted previously on an older Lenovo laptop). OK, I'm being a bit particular but... the keyboard. I miss having "Home" and "End" keys- it just makes it easier to navigate for someone like me who is always editing things. :) You can take the Num Lock off and get a Home and End button but then you lose the numbers. I use the number pad all the time (I find it easier than using the numbers above the letter keys). Not a major deal but will take some getting used to.

The computer was exactly as advertised. It is slim, light, and boots up quickly. Setup was easy and everything worked, including the big touchpad. The display is bright and has great resolution. The graphics card handles Adobe apps well, even relatively large TIFf files. We don’t deal with a lot of big video files, but have not had any issues with the ones we have played.

Replaced a couple year old HP. This was admittedly a cost step up, but well worth it! Weight was a significant factor, and as it's name and design indicate, this computer is orders lighter than any of it's comparables! Build is solid, feeling even lighter than it should, battery time is impressive for the weight. The improved and backlit keyboard was another upgrade and the new design is another welcomed benefit (for something seemingly small, the typing experience with improved keys is markedly improved). Display is crystal clear and even the camera and mic are much clearer than the same sized HP this replaced. In all (keeping in mind this is not a gaming computer), the LG Gram has met or exceeded expectations. My wife was skeptical, even a bit hesitant in upgrade choice, but after 2 days she doesn't want to even set it down! Would highly recommend and would buy again!

Very light weight; fast. So far working great. Tons of storage. No problems or issues. Good buy. I chose this particular machine even though it doesn't have touch-screen. I can live without that in exchange for the many added benefits it does have.

It's attractive. It's fast. It's feather light. What more could you want? We could not believe how fast this computer boots. And loads programs. The screen is gorgeous. My wife is pleased. That alone makes it a win. Check out the Consumer Reports review/

Fabulous! It is very light and very fast and very easy to use. It has two hard drives and plenty of storage space. The keyboard lights up and there is a fingerprint sensor in the on off switch for logging in. The only drawback is the absence of touchscreen capability, but that is a minor inconvenience.

I am very impressed with this computer. It's so fast and very light weight. Great investment!

I didn’t know LG made PC’s, until Dell let me down with a shipping snafu. I came across the LG Gram at Best Buy and immediately fell in love with it. I can’t believe how lightweight it is, and still feels soils and well made. I keep checking my bag to make sure I didn’t leave it behind. Excellent product.

I like the size, capacity, lightweight feature. So far I like it. I just can't figure out how to make the "home" and "end" keys work. I've read you have to turn off the num lock. I've tried every combination of control, function, alt, etc....with and without the num lock on. Help??

Good laptop, boots up very quickly and plenty of storage. Great display and interfaces well with wifi enabled printer and DVD drive.

This is the best laptop I've ever owned. Originally bought this for college but do everything on it.

Once it was set up (Geek Squad), it works beautifully. Very fast start up.

Computer is fast. Had a problem with the Alexa program. Had to go to Best Buy to get it corrected
