    Screen defect 40 days after purchase...

    First time trying an LG laptop. Disappointed there is a vertical green line that is permanently stuck in the left mid screen. This appeared just past the return period. Beyond that issue it seems like a decent laptop although it seems quite slim and flimsy/bendy. I would not recommend this as a purchase to anyone.

    Bought this LG - gram 17” Laptop - Intel Evo Platform 13th Gen Intel Core i7 with 32GB RAM - 2TB NVMe SSD - Charcoal Gray - Gray for its large screen, long battery life and large amount of memory and disk space to watch movies, do emails, communicate and play a few games on my trips. Very fast and responsive as well as far as productivity goes. Works great. Well worth the cost.

    Amazing it’s a open box doesn’t have any papers nothing nothing from mfg nothing at all for saving just a few bucks tried to get this from the help Best Buy has but they had there hands tied. Just not what to expect from best buy

    First time turning on computer the Blue Screen of Death appeared. Tried to restart.......no joy! Tried to restart several times still no luck. Returned to store and spent a lot of time looking for another suitable replacement and could not find one. YUK
