Powerful and extremely light and thin. The screen size and resolution is awesome and the illuminated keyboard is great in low light environments. I’ve been using it daily for about 2 1/2 months with no problems. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is the touchpad, it’s extremely hard to get consistent button click operation and a lot of times it’s more of a hindrance than a convenience.

I bought the LG gram after reading the Consumer Reports reviews, and I’m really happy with it so far. It’s amazingly lightweight for a 17‑inch laptop. The colors are vibrant, and the sound is better than I expected from something this thin. With the extended keyboard and the long battery life, I’m looking forward to using it for all my projects.

This is Exactly what I was looking for: A computer that functioned quickly even with a LOT of windows and browsers open. This LG is fantastic. My experience with Best Buy, though, was definitely not positive. I'll only reach out to them if I have NO other options. I had nothing but customer service issues, management issues, communication and not listening/ reading what potential customers are saying/ asking., etc., etc., etc... Without a doubt, I'll go ANYWHERE else for ALL my future electronic needs.

I would give this laptop 4.5 stars if possible. My only complaints are the number pad forcing me to get used to sitting to the left for proper typing and a repeat reminder to update bios even though I have tried to do so several times. I am working through some suggestions from lg support and hope to fix that eventually. I knew about the keyboard issue from other reviews so I have to own that one myself since I still bought it! Very light and great screen. I really do love it.

Laptop is as good as advertised----large clear screen and very light! The minimalist power block is also a great advantage, especially when traveling!

LG Loptop is excellent. Easy to set up and start using. I caution against activating Microsoft 365 until buyers understand how it might affect their other devices. I'm still trying to recover from changes 365 automatically downloaded to my phone and tablet.

If you want a powerful and light notebook computer with a large touch screen, this is definitely a great choice! If you don’t like Microsoft automatically copying your files into the cloud, you MUST download the OneDrive app and use the OneDrive app settings to turn it off! If you don’t download the app, you can’t turn it off! The screen is good, drive capacity is good at 1TB. I wouldn’t settle for anything less. The other gram model has a separate Nvidia card, but that model doesn’t have a touch display. If you catch this model at a reduced sale price, it’s a great computer for a grab and go notebook.
