The LG Gram is a very strong laptop. The battery life with my moderate daily use is very good. I charge it 2-3 days which is much better than most laptops. This LG offers adjustments for nearly everything for personalizing it.

Very pleased with this purchase. Excellent performance and super light. Great battery life. Have been traveling with a tablet versus PC because of weight and battery life. Next trip I will give this PC a try.

It's a little different laptop... I actually have to use the Fn keys to do simple things and that is hard to accept.

Excellent speed and incredibly light. My only concern is that you can't change the battery yourself but rather need to send the computer out. Overall however, I am very happy with the computer.

A little difficult to get up and running. I needed some technical help with this. Otherwise, the computer is very nice, fast processing with very good graphics.

I love the screen size and the light weight of this laptop. It goes where I go and works as hard as I do. The large memory is great.

Relative to my original PC, this laptop is so light. I find it so easy to carry anywhere, but it is so much more powerful. I use a digital fractal image development program for producing digital art. It used to take 2 to 3 DAYS to render an image that now only takes 2 to 4 hours!!! Love the power of this laptop and you will like it too!!!

This laptop is a replacement. I enjoy all the features of this model.

Easy to setup and great display. Turns on in seconds and runs quickly. Also a highly-portable, light 17" inch laptop.

Very sharp and bright display fingerprint log in is very useful not used alexa yet but I', going to try it super fast and reliable system

Freeszes all the time and will not update. I’m a long time Mac person but this laptop was recommended for ArcGIS. Soooo disappointed

2 months after purchase, and this computer is already unreliable. The screen goes black randomly (so far it comes back on without any user intervention), and periodically the cursor scrolls uncontrollably to the right for no reason. It's a shame, because it's otherwise an attractive machine with many appealing features. Stuck with it now, but really regret the purchase.

I wanted to give this a 1 star... because the track pad REALLY was so rotten it makes the system virtually unusable. But it would not be fair to ignore all of the other positive aspects of the device, such as its Light weight, its thrift battery consumption, and its ability to function in an airplane power supply environment. Having said all of the positive aspects, It is intolerable that when typing a document the cursor intermittently and unpredictably jumps to weird parts of the document when you aren't looking and Inserts what you are typing, completely distorting your text. It is totally maddening that when you slightly move your finger, nothing happens, but if you apply even slightly greater movement the mouse cursor jumps across the screen. I have already worked with technical support and we'll have to return the machine period I do not recommend this model Based on my experience
