I am so glad that i upgraded my old phone to this one. Very user friendly.

Not a monster in size, but performs like one. This phone was last on my list, but it's specs changed my mind. Easy to hold & maneuver but the back is slick. Would suggest a case. Overall it's a better phone phone than the ZTE I had. Didn't expect much but I received a good phone at a good price!

This phone is everything I need. Fast and easy to use, great camera. It has the usual bloatware and a few other apps that I wish I could remove, but that's to be expected. I do wish it had better battery life, but it lasts all day and then some without getting too low. I'd only be concerned if I got into heavy processor use. Still, for the cost, this is a great phone, and I'm very pleased with it.

I've had this service for years and I update my phone every two years. LG is a great product. Never had any problems,great reception,easy to use and voice quality is excellent .

I like the size of this phone. Fits everywhere. It has all the normal features and they all work well. After finding the power button is on the back, it went well using. Very easy to use. Very easy to find everything you could possibly want to find The only thing I would change if I could, the volume when speaking on phone. Wish it were a bit louder. Good phone for a good price.

I decided to upgrade from my Samsung J3 and this phone is beyond what I expected. More memory and bigger screen.

It has great battery life and a lot storage space.

Upgraded from Samsung j3. Apps open so much faster and I actually get texts when they're sent to me.

I needed more storage space, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money, so I opted for this phone. I definitely have more storage, but I had to reset the phone to change the notification settings because I couldn't turn them off at one point. If my phone is not on DND, the phone will repeatedly notify me until I hit "clear all." I am tempted to return the phone.

For the price this is a great phone. Now that I have it set up properly and a large memory card inside it seems to be working pretty fast!

This was a gift for Daughter she is ok at tech but simple is better this is just right large memory is a big plus
