A decent phone for kids but now if you need a phone that's efficient and fast. Phone signal was horrible too.

Very Slow, No 5G Wifi Service

I made the mistake of waiting until I got a protective cover to activate and begin to use the phone. I went a few days beyond the allowed 14 day return period before I discovered a fault in the phone, that it is very slow. It took me a while to discover that the phone is unable to access 5G Wifi service from the router; it is only capable of 2G service. I have not noticed this failure mentioned in any of the reviews. Neither Spectrum nor LG were willing to allow me to return or exchange or receive credit for this LG K31 phone. I am not a happy camper.
