Took this phone with me on vacation. It shut off in the middle of a call and I am not able to turn it back on. I know it's been fully charged, but I'm not able to use it. Left me without cell phone service on my vacation. Very disappointed

The phone is really slow. the touch screen wont respond fast. Installed uber and lyft drivers app and is not fast to run the apps. Even netflix and youvtube videos its lags. And on bluethooth audio falls behind on video chats. Ony thing that is great s i got signal where other phone does not.

I purchased the K51 added it to my T-Mobile account and after a week it went out. The phone won't turn on or take a charge. I'm out of town and thankful that I brought my old phone because otherwise I wouldn't have a phone. When I purchased the phone the employees were wonderful

I've had many LG phones in the past, including the LG Stylo, and I must say that this is definitely the best LG phone I've had or any brand for that matter. This phone feels premium and the screen is amazing. A great feature on this is that it is loaded with funny memes, so you don't have to download them. There are many good extras I like for example when you send texts you can input large emoji's and sending voice recordings...But the one thing that blew me away is the sound... It has the best sounding speakers I've heard on any cell phone or tablet! The LG K51 is plenty fast for what I need it for... If I upgrade this phone in the future it will surely be a K51!

1. Poor multiapp functionality: The LG K51 manages app transitions very poorly. Expect to spend a lot of time trying to find the screen you were working on before a message came in. Or god forbid trying to find your map while driving. If it weren't for #2. below, I'd say this was the number one reason NOT to buy this device. But number 2 is a real dealbreaker.
2. NO NFC. You can download a Pay app but you won't be able to use it because the phone lacks NFC. Seriously. This is a basic function of a smartphone.
3. Poor screen response. I've lost dozens of phone calls bc the phone fails to respond to touch. It's not the screen protector, which i've used on other devices.
BOTTOM LINE: not worth any amount of money. This device is an embarrassment to LG.
