I love it! Even though it’s not as big as our previous microwave that was 2.0 cuft, it’s plenty big enough for us! You can load up a 14” plate, who needs to cook anything bigger than that in a microwave anyhow? It runs quiet, the door closes quietly and the door is very easy to close, there’s no loud latch noise like our previous one!! The little “done” jingle is pleasant and not too loud! It’s super light, so it’s easy to move around when you need to and very simple to operate! The price was right also! The only issue I have with it is I have to unplug the microwave, then plug it in again in order to reset the clock after a power outage,”a minor inconvenience that’s far outshadowed by all the good features it has!! Maybe I need to study the operating manual a little more regarding the clock reset!! All in all, I would definitely recommend this microwave!!

So far so good. This microwave performs well, cooks evenly, is quiet and looks nice. The controls are very different from our last one, so it took some getting used to. The main control pad is behind the door, with the stop and start buttons on the front. You can add time from the front as well. I just wish it was all in one place, buts that's just me. The unit itself is very light and would slide when you tries to open the door, I had to put some double sided tape on the feet to hold it firmly in place.

This perfect sized oven works very well. The way that you have to set the time and settings for cooking is different from any other model but it is easy to adjust to using. All settings work like a charm. I'd buy this again in a second.

I prefer the microwaves that let you adjust the power level. This one does, and back when I bought it that feature wasn't so common. I works, if fairly quiet for a microwave, and the inside is easy to keep clean. The only think I don't like is the lack of a numerical keypad. You can't enter your cooking time or power level with numbers. Example - if you want to heat something for 5 minutes, you must press a + button multiple times until you get to 5 minutes. The more times you press the button, the larger the time increments get - to speed things up. But if the time increments don't stop on the precise time you want, then you have to keep an eye on it while cooking and stop it manually. Same thing with the power level. If you want 50 % power, you must press the minus button 5 times, instead of just entering 50 on a keypad. Personally, I find this method and the lack of a keypad annoying. It is usable, but would be better with a keypad, so only 4 stars. Other than the lack of a keypad, it is a nice unit and so far has worked well.

Good basic microwave with plenty of room for most things. Basic controls are easy. More advanced features, like power % for a set time, are a bit trickier but the instructions in the manual are easy enough to follow. Advanced features are only accessible with the door open, which took some getting used to. It has a little jingle when it's finished, which repeats roughly every 20 seconds until you press clear or open the door. (Which is either annoying or convenient, depending on how much you need or want reminders.)

I was worried about the various complaints I've read about the music that plays to indicate food is ready. It was almost enough to prevent me from buying it, but ultimately I decided to buy this microwave regardless. I'm glad I didn't let that stand in my way, as it's no more annoying than any other microwave beeping. However, considering the numerous bad reviews about that aspect, the company is foolish to not rework the product to make it so the sounds can be turned off. Microwave works well and looks great. The various sensor and defrost settings are not intuitive, nor are all of them displayed on the touchpad, so using these settings usually requires me to consult the manual....not really practical. A very simple chart/text included on the panel would fix this problem. I'm thinking about adding my own label. I like the easy clean interior. This microwave is also much lighter than the old one it was replacing.

The microwave has a very nice clean look to it. The chimes seem to be a little over the top, but in general it is an impressively roomy microwave for the amount of space it occupies, and it both cooks great and is a nice looking addition to our kitchen.

Love how quiet it is! It seemed intimidating at first, but it's really pretty easy to use. Our teenage boys find it quite easy to make all of their snack foods with it daily. The "done" sound is very pleasant. My only wish is the front panel was more lit up (when door is closed) to see the + & - since we put it in our island and it's lower than we're used to using. Overall, we love it! Just purchased a few weeks ago and happy we did.

Ordered this microwave for a kitchen remodel to put in an island cabinet. The size, look, and brand were all reasons for the purchase. It looks very nice and works great. Pops popcorn better than our large over the range microwave did.

I always spend some time doing research before buying an item. Consumer Reports liked this unit and so do I. I find the controls easy to operate and the microwave cooks things very evenly. I especially like the sensor reheat which gets it right nearly every time. It looks good too.

the microwave is compact, stylish and easy to use. We have not used all of the programs on it yet. One thing that i wished it has is the optiin of putting in the time. You add time in 10 sec increments, but there is a slider so it goes quickly.

VERY PLEASED with my LG NeoChef purchase. After over-thinking the various brand names and sizes, I picked a true winner. This LG has a sleek look and excellent functionality. After using it for 2-days I totally don't miss the old-fashioned keypad and clumsy push button door of my old unit. The 6 pre-programmed cook and re-heat cycles are useful. Every day I use the 1-touch 30-second cycle and have the ability to add 10-second increments. The inside LED light is 3x brighter than my old unit. Packaging is EXCELLENT and the flat face plug is perfect to have the unit pushed back to best depth in my upper shelf area. THANKS LG and Best Buy.

Have had this microwave for over 2 years, and it is the best! Have not had any issues, and it looks really sleek and is easy to clean inside and out! Not having buttons visible on the outside took some getting used to to, no problems now

It is simple to use. Reasonably quiet. I like how door opens w/ no push button. I thought programming w door open would be complicated but it has a start option for 30 second warm up ( which you can add time ) on the outside of the door. This is very convenient.

This is replacing the GE oven I had for only a few years. I'm giving LG a chance. The one I had BEFORE the GE lasted something like 10 years. The functions on this new LG are very easy to use and helpful as well. Plus it looks great. :-)

I did research when we needed to replace our microwave with one that will fit a custom made cabinet. This LG had great reviews but some unusual features. My concerns were mainly about not having a number pad--we got over that quickly since you can add 30-second increments easily and/or touch the + button to set. The defrost setting was also different but easy to get used to. Reviewers kept mentioning the "chime" signal--it is pleasant and an upgrade from the usual annoyance. I got a great deal on an open box and Highly Recommend!
