Love the phone. great pictures, camera,easy to use, keyboard has the perfect size for texting. Hate the phone service. don't get many bars all over the city and nearly impossible to send pictures to friends even when I have full bars. very dissapointed in Sprint. When receiving text the pages come in the wrong order .

It's a killer phone... but I'm biased because I got it free. If I had to pay the retail price on this phone, I would be one hot motherf****r. It's pretty much a galaxy s3 with some upgrades. I really love this phone(again, mostly because I came from samsung replenish and this was free). The only thing I would change is to make the call sound louder and clearer. I can often barely hear the caller and often misunderstand people due to the sh***y sound. I guess I would also make it not overheat... which, here in Las Vegas is like every day whenever this phone gets a little warm from sitting in the sun. NOT A DURABLE PHONE AT ALL... DO NOT TREAT THIS PHONE LIKE A NORMAL PHONE. If you do you will not have it long. This particular handset will not tolerate being dropped even once. It is so heavy and fragile that it breaks no matter where it hits(I'm on my 3d - thank god for BEST BUY no-hassle Insurance). Get a thick rubber and plastic shock proof case that covers both front and back.

I really love my phone I had a great experience as well. The lady helped me out good with my phone. I will always go to best buy for my future phones they always have the best selections. I have been enjoying my new phone.the screen for my pictures are awesome. I like the fact that I can set my screen with my picture which is very cool.

This phone is great for viewing pictures and video as well as very easy to navigate around. The sound does take some getting used to as I tend to cover up the speaker, but its pretty good. The only draw back is the battery life. However, considering it is a smartphone I think it's okay.

Excellent for my primary needs. Able to check emails and big enough to hold without dropping the phone. Easy to navigate just trying to remember the steps. Nice dial pad to tap the numbers for my big fingers. Still working in learning all features.

I really love this phone! It is the perfect phone for me. I am constantly on it playing games, watching t.v. shows, reading magazines, going on facebook and all my other favorite websites, and taking pictures! The only negative things I have to say about this phone are: 1. I got my LG Optimus through Sprint and I get terrible service in certain places, especially when i can't connect to a wi-fi network; 2. The battery life is terrible so I have my phone plugged in and charging at every available moment; and 3. When I tried to plug my headphones in I found out that none of them work and that I must have to buy some sort of connector or something to let me plug in a pair of headphones.

This is a great phone at a great value. I was able to upgrade from Sprint to this new phone for just 1 dollar. This is a very fast phone with great specs.

Bought this phone for my teenage son. He intially wanted my IPhone but through research we decided on the Optimus G. Boy! was it a wonderful choice. It's not too big, the screen resolution is perfect for him and his You Tube videos.

I like the size of the phone and the many different features. It has been fairly easy to use for a first timer on a smart phone. And the Best Buy staff has been extremely helpful with setup and answering all my questions.

The Phone Is Great. Love The high MP And The Ease Of Downloading Apps. Most Apps Are Set Up To Use Easily Making My Phone As Stress Free As Possible! Like, Adding My Web Address To Automatically Receive My Emails... Love It!

Overall, I like this phone a lot, I was one of those people that did not want to go touch and I tried to hold on to my keyboard. This phone made it easy to cross over.
