This was my second LG phone. I had purchased the LG G3 prior to the LG G4. I loved the G3 but I did have issues with it rebooting and there was no fixing it. When I replaced it, I replaced it with the LG G4 and I loved this phone just as much. It looked beautiful, took great pictures, had decent storage and was able to customize it pretty well.
I have now run into reboot issues with this phone. I only had this phone for about 6 months when this issue happened. I have done all the things suggested to fix it, short of bringing it somewhere. But since I had bought it refurbished, there was no warranty. So I had to get a new phone. Since I have had rebooting issues with the two LG phones I have had, I will not be buying another one. Which sucks.

Phone works well. Have had about a year and no real issues. Touch response has slowed/freezes but everything still works. Haven't troubleshot to see if I can recalibrate touch sensitivity or maybe something I downloaded or an update is the issue. Camera is decent. Speaker works well. No complaints.

I've been a Samsung phone person for years so still adjusting to the LG but so far I'm pleased. Was scared at first because AT&T store had some issues registering the phone's ESN to add to my account. The one on the phone & box wasn't working but they figured something out thank goodness! Works great! Superb pics (just have to figure out how to resize them to make them easier to share)! Button is on back which is different but not bad. Battery life pretty good.as well as the speaker. Just be careful with covers - some say they don't work with leather back LG G4s.

Despite what this item says in the description, it is NOT COMPATIBLE with Sprint.
It seems like a good phone otherwise.
