I love the removable battery feature, which is no longer popular in flagship devices. However, I don't think the refurbished phone should come without a battery inside.

Good phone no issues so far. I have had the phone for about a month now met and went beyond my expectations. So far I'm very pleased.

So, here's my story about buying this item. As soon as it arrives (in a perfect condition), I carefully applied a matte (anti-glare) screen shield, put a case on it, and tried to turn it on. No luck.
After about 10 minutes I realized that this unit has no battery. Called 1-800-best-buy and listened to the free music for about 20 minutes, hung up. Drove to a nearest store (20 minutes one way), hoping they will just provide a battery. Nope. My only options were (1) more free music, (2) return.
So, I am back to square one, without a phone I desperately need, and the whole process took 2 weeks or so. Wasting my time :(
