I currently own these headphone and use them everyday, my wife wanted a pair and I found them refurbished, great value and works perfectly.

I purchased this refurbished item because I really couldn't afford the new one. I saved tons of money.

This an awesome product, you can buy it with your eyes closed and you won't regret it.

It is excellent item. I like and really enjoy it. I will give my friend as a gift.

Main issue is mic location. Sometimes people cannot hear your voice. Especially international calls No bass. Expected a decent quality sound and a good mic for the price.

Received this refurb item and it did not come with gel tips that fit. Went to local best buy and was told I was out of luck and advised me to contact contact LG to buy a pair of ear gels or try some off another brand and hope they fit."really". Maybe I'll have better luck with LG directly.

First the item didn't come with the ear buds and then after I payed extra and ordered some, the left ear worked ok but the right ear is all static. But since i had to wait for the new ear buds to come in, by this time i couldn't return them to get my money back.

when i received headset and turned on only one speaker worked and if you tapped on it other speaker would come on for couple seconds.I returned to my local store.

This Bluetooth in to months stop one side and again now stop working both side bad one.

The headset itself arrived in mint condition. It looked new and came in a retail box without the slipcover. My gripe is the following - it came with "3rd party" earbuds, not the smoke colored ones in the picture. The ones I received were off white. 2nd complaint which is also stated on other reviews is that you only get Small and Large, no medium. It is pointless to return a perfectly functioning headset over earbuds however I believe Best Buy should update their description to state non-OEM earbuds and you only get small and large. The word "extra" implies that they are in addition to rather then all inclusive. Headset came well packed in a massive laptop shaped box. It is quite a good deal if you don't mind aftermarket earbuds. Sound quality is a little bit better then the Tone Infinim(HBS-910) however if I were to hear them both in the store, it isn't good enough for me to justify another $60 to buy both. Since my set works I will just keep it in case my Infinim's break.

The music volume was very low and the pepole on the other end couldn't hear me. The only thing good about the purchase is that I was able to return it to a Best Buy store.

I rarely purchase refurb items, and now I know why. This is a Geek Squad "Certified Refurbished Tested & Approved" (as the sticker on the box says), but how in the world was this tested --- the item arrived with no earbud cushions. I was really excited about this item, but back to the store it goes...
