    These headphones felt pretty flimsy. They produced a lot of static as well. They also didn't stay in my ears very well. LG didn't hit a homerun with this one for me at least.

    as a pleasantly plump fella, this device does not work well. the main bluetooth components are housed on the side under your cheeks, so a large guy like myself, covers the housing causing the signal to fade in and out

    I bought this for biking. The headphone wire is very thin and can easily break. i did not like the slide up and down button. I return it for those two reason.

    I replaced an older pair and this one would not stay connected. At times during calls the other people would lose my connection. Returned it to Best Buy

    The battery life is very good so far. Sound is good but I listen to audio books so does not matter so much. My concern is the kind of flimsy wires on the headset. I wanted to buy warranty but they do not allow I guess. I take very good care of my stuff but a little worried. Guess they are not so confident in refurbished product. Might have to return, One of the wire clips was missing when I got item. I am going to store and see if they can replace clip or I will return
