The perfect headphones for a truck driver easy to answer a call

Looks like new earphone. Good quality and amazing sound.

Nothing special. Sound is just fine. I thought Jbl logo will mean something better. Wires are pulled out which is awesome but so thin that is scary to pull out.

Great sound, easy controls and paring to bluetooth is a breeze, range could be a lil better but am very pleased with this set.

I bought these then returned them the following week. They sound no better then my 730s. The only advantage was the cord retacts into the unit itself, which to me seems like they can fail at anytime and with how thin the speaker wire is after constantly pulling them out, I can see them coming apart from the buds itself.

These ended up being a blessing. These are affordable and i like the retractable cord for the ear piece. The sound is great. I have a good connection between my phone and ear piece. Perfect Bluetooth.

I'm really appreciating the battery life on the LG Tone Bluetooth. It's excellent for talk and listening to audible book. I'm not experiencing the stereo sound that I would like for my downloaded music but overall it's a great Bluetooth.

Was a little skeptical purchasing this due the refurbished status. Don't be scared. These paired simply with my iPhone 7 and sounds amazing. I would recommend

I was a bit skeptical about buying a refurbished Bluetooth headset BUT to my surprise, it works great! I fortunately have had no issues and so far so good!

I had purchased this set refurbished. Great value and and very convenient. No wires to worry about which is helpful in my daily subway commute.

These started out as great headphones and I only use them at work. The sound was good, but for some reason the right earbud started going out on me. I'm not sure why. I will not be purchasing these again. I have heard not to buy refurbs from best buy, and starting to wonder if this is the reason why.

Overall a good product. Even though a refurb in was in excellent shape. I normally would not buy a refurb item but the price was a good deal. Only issue I have with it is the lack of bass. I will stick to wired earbuds since I feel they produce better sound compared to Bluetooth but these are not bad for the price

These are so user friendly. Very easy to answer your phone and listen to music.

I was excited to find such a good deal on the refurb pair. The price was right so I ordered them online. They arrived yesterday and after charging them a little I was able to give them a try. They paired easily to my iPhone 6S, but to my disappointment, the right earbud did not produce sound. I paired them to my wife's 6S and my Galaxy S5 with the same results. According to the paperwork, I could exchange them in store, but I figured they would have to order the replacement, as they wouldn't give me a new pair to replace my returns. I talked to Geek Squad, Customer Service and the 1-888-Best-Buy, and learned that my only option was just to return them to the store and re-order online. I though the store would be able to do the exchange and order a replacement at the same time. I'll be reordering these once my Rewards points are credited back to my account, but I am not entirely happy with the whole process
