Bought a refurbished Bluetooth headset. I won’t do that again. It was the worst purchase ever.

The 2 I ordered came looking like they are brand new except for the boxing. It looks to me that someone just bought it and return, works perfectly fine for the last few months.

I needed a headset to drive with and didn't want to pay a lot of money so I got these refurbished pair they work well and sound clear just like they were new.

i recently purchased this item thinking it wont last long because of the price but it has been exceptional for the past several months.

Disappointed sold them at a yard sale and purchased better ones

Couldn't beat the deal and wouldn't know they're refurbished. Just as good as new if not better.

Completely happy with the purchase the earphones work fine for what I wanted them for.

If you have issues with other headphone positions try LG tone may be its for you.

Poor sounding, to much static, can't hear when talking to someone!

They were broken and never worked. We brought them to geek squad and they said that they were defective.

Microphone did not work. Had to return the product.

I purchased the LG tone Ultra refurbished for a great price. It was easy to connect the bluetooth and music sounded good through it, but no matter what I did the microphone wouldn't work right. Callers said I sounded terrible and was barely understandable, and when I switched to handheld mode everyone said how much clearer I sounded. I took it to geek squad, who refurbished it originally and guaranteed it, and the guy says, "They must have damaged the microphone when they refurbished it." I proceeded to wait for over a half an hour to simply return it with the assurance that I would simply need to order it offline again, as they do not carry and cannot order refurbished items. I have now spent the last few hours trying to buy another pair, but they are not available in my area. This is only compounded by the lack of customer service in-store and the attempt to up-sell, and I am quite disappointed in best buy's procedures. No customer should have to wait almost an hour just to return an item, and if you guarantee a product make sure it works or that you can replace it.

Was a little skeptical at first but so far so good. No complaints, pairs easily with my iphone 6 and enjoy it very much to date.

Great price on a heads-set - until I opened the box and somebody had put in a different model - hbs-765 or something. Stick with other resellers that actually refurbish products
