First of all i love this brand that's why i bought since 2018 with 5 years extend in case from Geeksquad but this brand has too many issues. i have too many problems every year but the same issues, they are not cooling. the Geeksquad won't help me for repair all they refer me to 3rd party like LG repair company. Now LG FACTORY sent me a letter said LG SIGNATURE is discontinued so they can't replace new one but they will give a check $6468. you know any time i have problem with this Ref i lost money for food lost but LG company just reimbursement me only one time. Right now i don't have Ref. i am still looking for one.

This is the worst, seriously. LG is a joke, their service is a joke. The LG APP doesn't work? We had the bad compressor that failed. There are hard to replace filters. Even when ordering from LG they had the wrong filter listed??? Seriously. Now there is a problem with the pedal you push for ice and water. A complete piece of expensive garbage. Save yourself the stress and just set your money on fire. At least that way you may get to roast marshmallows.
