Great product but horrible service. The washer was delivered 4 weeks late. When delivered both sides had large dents. We were told that a new washer would be delivered in 5 weeks and the damaged washer picked up. Now, customer service called and said it will be another 9 weeks for the new washer. They offered to provide a similar but different model but we purchased the washer and dryer and don’t want a different model. How utterly frustrating and I expect as we get close to the new delivery date it will get delayed again. I get the feeling they’re trying to wait us out.

We got sherik gibbs from the easton ohio store to come and measure and he said everything should fit except 9 inches out and we said okay. But when the installers came they said the length with the pedestals will not fit, need risers. So a big mess

Started leaking after less than 3 months after purchasing. LG support was extremely difficult to deal with. They sent an inadequate and rude tech, who couldn't fix an issue. It's still leaking, and I still spend hours on the phone with LG. How convenient that it started leaking just outside of the Best Buy return window.

We did purchase our LG9500 elsewhere, after 4 years we’re looking to get another washer because we hate this one. Love the capacity, which is what we purchased it for. But to kerp laundry from smelling moldy, we have to drain it. A lot. At least twenty ounces, it takes a minute or more. LG support can’t answer if it is operated as normal. Do not purchase this washing mashine inless you want to get on yout hands and knees weekly to drain around twenty ounces of water down the nearest drain. I will never puchase another LG appliance.

Had washer for 5 years - drain pump has been replaced 7 times. Leaks frequently and soap dispenser do not work . You can only get service through the Signature series department. I’ve already called and talked to them after the third repair. They said that they were going to replace my washer. They did not, now that it’s out of warranty I’m stuck paying $500 a year to replace the pump Worse purchase ever BUYER BEWARE!

Broke after 3 years for the price not worth it i loved how it worked but not the longevity i expect to at least have these for at least 5+ years definitely not 3 so disappointed
