Great dishwasher. Cleans nice. I only have to replace the heating coil once a year. I've never had to replace parts on my KitchenAid. Then I came home tonight, and apparently, the motherboard burned. I pulled the front, and it was all black soot inside. I am hoping they will recall this. Mine is a bit more than 2 years old. I bought it March 2008. Otherwise, cleans well, long cycle, drying is good if it has drying agent in it. Dish organization could be better.

have had this machine for 2 years and 1 month and got an "LE" error code. internet research indicates that the motor has burned out. One month out of warranty and the unit it worthless. Super super quiet, and it does a good job of cleaning the dishes, but to have a major failure this early in it's lifecycle is unforgivable. Previous dishwashers have lasted 10 years before needing any kind of major service. No more LG for me.

I have had the LG dishwasher now for a month. I love the features, Seems like the racks in the dishwasher aren't quite right for loading dishes. Not real happy with the cleaning this machine does. We run it on pots and pans cycle all the time and still have dishes not clean. Paid pretty good price for this machine. I am not sure I would buy another LG. appliance..
