I thought the first dryer delivered was not working, but I had wiring problems at my home. Once those were fixed, my dryer has performed flawlessly (for about a month at this point). At first, I thought the overwhelming array of settings was overboard - the whole point of technology should be to make life easier, not more challenging. Then I used the dryer and found that almost all of the settings are optional - the basic handful of choices (Cotton/Normal, Towels, Permanent Press, etc.) will yield great results. Turn the dial to describe what's in the dryer, push the Start button and off you go. I have found use for a few of the optional settings on one or two occasions, when drying something unusual. I have become accustomed to the length of time it took my old dryer to get the job done, and was surprised at how quickly this one works. I figured I was about to discover still-damp clothes at the end of the cycle on more than one occasion, but have only seen that happen with a large load of blue jeans. I now believe my old dryer was "over-drying" (likely causing unnecessary fabric wear). The delivery drew also mentioned they deliver more of this specific washer-dryer combo than any other (do they say that on all deliveries??), and that they do not see failures from LG. The dryer feels sturdy - the door closes tightly; the dryer vibrates less than my old one; the drum rotation is solid and without wobble. The only part that might be susceptible is the "drawer" for water for the steam feature (don't think I'll be using this anyway) - if the drawer is open to fill the water container, I believe bumping it could cause it to break. Otherwise, very solid. Despite spending more than I planned, I am happy with my purchase and believe this will extend the life of my clothes & linens.

I love this machine. It has every cycle I need and a huge capacity. Easy to use and the steam feature is amazing.

Absolutly love this machine! Dries your clothes just enough. Has great cycles to choose from. Very quiet, hardly know its running sometimes. Love the wrinkle care function (I'm not the greatest about getting them out on time, so I can kick this function on, it lets in a little steam, dries for 4 min and BAM it's wrinkle free!) Not to mention, this same machine was $400 cheaper than department stores and Lowes! Way to go Best Buy! One one my most favorite purchases EVER!

We bought this dryer because we had been pleased with LG products we already had. We like the ease. Of use of this dryer and it does a great job drying clothing, towels, etc.

Bought this dryer discontinued, new in box on clearance and what a bargain that was. Quick dry times, accurate settings and sensors, so far, so awesome.

Really great dryer with all around good performance. The down note is that I have to add time to the delicate cycle to avoid undershirts and underwear from being damp. Not big enough to dry a comforter either. The fitted sheet traps anything else that shares the dryer, making me have to dry separately.

Very nice looking machine that works just as good as it looks. Very easy to use and dries clothes in a shorter period of time then my last machine.

After lots of research & reading various reviews online, I decided to buy this dryer. I'm overly impressed with all the features & cycles, not to mention that you can program your own custom settings. This dryer will do everything short of folding the laundry for you. Buy the dryer, you won't regret it.

We've only had the dryer for about a week, but have had no issues with it. Having just moved we have used it more than usual, and it dries everything fully. Has settings for any type of laundry load and allows timed dry as well. The unit is also aesthetically pleasing as well. Would definitely recommend.

Bought the matching washer and dryer on sale, and felt like got a good deal. Dryer is very large and does a good job of drying quickly. This is the first brand new dryer I have ever purchased and am pleased so far. I have not used the steam feature yet but it's a nice option if needed.

I love it. It really works great. I will highly recommend it . It is the latest equipment in the market and is really advance technology. Very good for a single family and also works in heavy loads.

When I bought this I was worried because my parents have a front loading washer and dryer and they have always had problems with them. But I bought it anyway. It works great and I haven't had any problems with it. I wish I had bought the pedestal also. It is so close to the ground that it is a pain to get your clothes out off the washer and into the dryer. Overall I love it.

I bought this dryer as an open box with the matching washer and they are more than we could have asked for. The dryer dries quick and is super quiet. I have had the unit for over 2 months now and could not be happier with the purchase.

This is a very nice dryer but it has several flaws. The steam feature can only be used on certain cycles making it a less than useful feature. You also have to fill up the reservoir which, if you don't have a sink near by, is a tedious process. The biggest flaw however is the relay on the control board. It WILL fail, it's only a matter of when. You're then out $250 to $300 to replace it and to wait for it to fail again.

Excellent dryer with lots of features. Has low heat options for delicate clothes and even an air dry feature for clothes that must be laid out to dry. Lots of options for cycles as well including a steam cycle to refresh clothes.

We've had the dryer for a month now, with no problems at all.
