Delivered and set up with care by Best Buy employees at the promised time. Made sure all was fine before they left and then set the washer to drum clean. I also ran the dryer empty for 20 minutes to "cure" the elements. First load of laundry was dry in less than 20 minutes, fantastic. i highly recommend this dryer. The pedestal raises the dryer 15 inches so you can still lay laundry on top of the dryer to fold.

This dryer is great. My old one was over 15 years old and I'd usually be drying stuff twice as long as I do now, just to get it done. Especially jeans or towels. Also, my old dryer, even using dryer sheets, would always leave a TON of static on my clothes, especially anything flannel. This dryer has some kind of anti-static so I don't even need to use a dryer sheet (unless I want to) and things come out great, not a spark to be found. I haven't used some of the advanced features like the steam or the tray, so I can't say how well those work, but the regular things like high heat, regular, perm. press, etc. are all wonderful. Even delicate, low heat things like down-filled pillows came through just fine. Plus, the stainless steel drum, instead of whatever other dryers use, means the dark colored jeans that normally leave marks aren't a problem. I don't know how many white socks are now streaked blue from the old dryer doing that, but I haven't had a problem like that with this unit.

I purchased this dryer with the matching washer and it is the best gift I gave myself. Easy to use and drys great.

Couldn't be happier with my new LG dryer -- love the steam cycle, great for items that need deep cleaning but can't be tumbled. And looks awesome

Nice dryer. Has a rack for drying items that you don't want to have tossed around. Lots of different cycles. Big tub.

i bought this to match the waster, for the price, it could do better, but all the dryer is over priced.

So over all I was pleased with the dryer. I liked the steam feature even though sometimes it just dumped water on the clothes and you have to fill the water often. Unfortunately we started having problems just 6 months in and then it died. Start off saying we had to check the filter, then it stopped turning on, then it died all together. Too expensive to die after only 6 months.
