The washer is very stylish and with pedestal stands tall. The unit is quiet and easy to operate. The capacity is large enough to the biggest loads. Love the dryer. The matching washer does have a couple issues i'm working through. See my review for the washer

I replaced a 6 year old machine pair (gas dryer and washer) with this LG. This was post a lots of research. I don't want to list things that are already in the product features again. I would say this is the most adequate and best washer in the market ! The steam option is absolutely worth it for reasons you can read about . Does exactly what it says and an absolute must feature. Don't buy washers with out steam clean. For that matter the paired dryer which me purchased is even better with the steam clean! Excellent noise level, wash performance and economy so far. We had mold in our old front loader so I bought this with a pedestal and did not stack it. I find it's much better with a pedestal. Best buy gave me a deal on the pedestal with some promotions at the time. I found the rubber seal was much better designed and easier to clean and wipe off at the end of the day.(this is highly recommended to be mold free. We did not do this in our old one!). LG has designed that rubber seal perhaps the best of all brands. It was one of features I was researching. The door has a magnetic catch which keep the door open to keep it from getting humid inside. This is a simple neat feature. Overall excellent.

Our family loves this dryer. Very easy to use, drys clothes great, quiet and looks beautiful. Love the steam option.

I was looking for a washer and dryer set that is front loading and large enough to hold a king size comforter. This set is perfect. I am also able to wash the full bedding set for a queen bed. I like that this auto adjusts to the load size. these are very easy to use and do a great job on the laundry. I have been using them for a little over a month now and have no complaints Before buying, I checked the ratings of several washers and dryers and LG repeatedly came out on top

The dryer is much quiter than are old dryer. It also dries more quickly than our old Kenmore. This LG dryer has lots of different settings. The only draw back id reading the settings. There is a large easy to use dial, but the names of each setting is difficult to read. Each setting has a small black line that ends next to a small led light. It's kind of like using a wiring schematic that ends with a light. It would work better if the text would light up instead of trying to fallow a small line to a light. Ever other feature works great. It's the best dryer I have owned.

Easy to use. Useful features such as steam sanitize, anti-bacterial, etc for special cases.

This is the second LG dryer that I have owned and the quality is superb. It handles large loads and is very quiet except if you have a button or clasp hitting the dryer drum. The rack drying function doesn't work very well, though, as everything still seems to come out wet when we use it. Also be sure to measure all your doors and entryways before delivery because this thing is BIG. Reversible door is a nice feature. Too bad the matching washer doesn't have this.

Sleek looking large capacity dryer that can do everything possible to laundry . Runs quietly & smoothly. Easily fits large amounts of towels, jeans & comforters.

I purchased this dryer less than a month ago, so it's way too early to tell. It would be more helpful if the review comes after 1 year or 2. But for now, it is pretty easy to install and easy to use. Lots of space, and the color is so much better than the typical white.

Very quiet and loved the reversible door. It dry's my clothes a lot fater than my older Kenmore. I don't know if the steam function does much. It seems my shirts don't come out any less wrinkled than they did before but I have not giving it a complete checkout yet.

Excellent dryer. Quiet and roomy. I love all the settings and the ability to override them. You do need to dry like things to have the sensor feature work well and even then the clothes are almost always still a little damp. The only bad thing is that the installer did a terrible job of hooking up the vent and it came right off two days later and my laundry room filled with moisture. I ended up fixing it myself but it wasn't easy as these machines (the matching washer in particular) is extremely heavy and difficult to move.

This is a great washer that has all the features you would ever need. The machine spin cycle is at a really high rate of speed but vibration and noise is minimal. We love the color and cant say enough about these machines. The clothes come out of the washer practically dry and it really saves money with the dryer not having to run so long.

Considering this a step up from my frigidar stacked unit, my expectations were very high. This thing is very nice, quiet, fast drying, and I actually like all the technology features like the steam dry and goofy chime at the end of the cycle.

It works. I have used most of the soap dispensers except for fabric softener. I assume it works. I have not tried steam. It has a desanitizer setting. Is there any way to know if it works? It is quiet, and I got it for a descent price. The clothes come out damp instead of wet. Some even feel dry. I'm used to the old school washer that left towels feeling like 10 pounds.

Bought the dryer to match the washer , just figured a dryer is a dryer. But I was wrong. Many new features over my old one. dries in less time . Stainless steel drum,

Quiet, fast and beautiful. With so many choices on the market, the research we did and the reviews we read, this was definitely the best decision.

My wife loves it ,its easy to use and works great as an added bonus when its done doing its job it plays a short tune . So far no complains from us

Love this dryer so far. A big step over my Kenmore 80 series. A lot more quiet, and FAR faster. I'd buy it again in a hearbeat.
