Nothing to do with old dryers. This one has a lot of functions like wrinkle free, steam dry, sensors that help you save energy. More over is a very nice looking machine.

Dryer works well and has a large capacity. Also has a nice little "I'm finished" tune (just a few seconds") that it plays rather than the typical "beep-beep-beep".

This was just delivered yesterday, the delivery fellow ran it to make sure it worked properly. Love the look and can't wait to use it. Delivery was wonderful. I can't really rate use yet, but it sure is pretty.

It takes less time to dry a load of clothing compared to my old dryer.

Great looking sleek and modern looking dryer with a see through window door. Love the controls on the top . Bought the companion washer and am very happy so far.

I would recommend it for any use. I really like the music it plays when you turn it on.

We bought the washer to, and this is by far the best washer & dryer we have ever had. It is so easy to use, even I can do it. So quite, and no vibrations. I highly recommend this set to everyone.

The dryer does everything I want and more than I will probably ever use. Love the Music over the loud buzzer the old ones have when finished.

Love to dry any clothes and also set up easy to manage.

Sensor detects when clothes are dry without over doing it. Only issue so far is with towels or jeans with other clothes. Don't always dry completely but only takes a few minutes after.

LG has a winner here. With the matching washer that I also purchased, I am in washer and dryer heaven. I can't wait to get my clothes dirty so I can use these miracle machines.

I love this dryer. I wish i could buy a second. The wonderful settings, and preloaded times are to die for. Its a dryer to have for a very long time. I'm glad i got the set

Highly efficient drier. Dries laundry without much wrinkle. Unfortunately, I did have difficulty in drying our comforter. After 2 cycles in bedding mode, the comforter is somewhat damp. On the third cycle, I had to fluff and rotate the comforter every 15 minutes just get it dry in some parts of the comforter.

I have the washer mate to this dryer as well and they seem to be a good set. They are sleek in design and do a pretty good job. I think there are far to many buttons to be pushed to do a simple load of laundry. Best buy had a great deal on these units and I grabbed them. Happy I did over all.

We connnected the Washing machine one month back. System has been working nice. No leaks.. Like the idea of the pre-hand wash if necessary.

This dryer does it all and for such a good price. The steam cycle will leave some damps spots so I just run a quick dry cycle and it takes care of that.

Only 4 stars for the following reasons: 1). I have only been able to use three of the many settings thus far. 2). The steam setting leaves your item(s) damp and still full of wrinkles. I had to re-dry my shirt on the wrinkle free setting in order to get a dry, wrinkle free shirt.

Bought matching washer and dryer set. We couldn't be happier( unless they were free ). A great investment for anyone tired of the laundromat shuffle.

The graphite color looks great and the extra capacity is nice. At the end of most cycles, however, items remain damp. I'm disappointed with the performance overall.

Overall I'm pleased with this purchase. In looking for quality and price - this model met my expectations. I've owned the pair about a month.
