I am in Love with this dryer. It's huge. The only thing is I haven't had it very long and I'm still trying to figure out the cycles so that my clothes come out wrinkle free. I love that it displays the exact amount of time for the cycle that is chosen and the little song that it plays when it is finished is loud enough and long enough to get my attention.

I admit that I really only use the main setting to dry my clothes. It dries them really well. The drying sensor works and I have yet to have to redry clothes.

Great dryer with plenty of cycles and easy to use. No issues at all. Large and quiet.

I've had this for about a month with no issues at all! Good looking, super quiet, and does a great job with the clothes. I went from agitator to high efficiency for the matching washer, and have learned to shake out each item quickly before throwing in the dryer, they just dry nicer that way. Best Buy delivery and installation was perfect.

I just had my new dryer installed to replace an LG dryer that only lasted 9 years. The last one was making a horrible noise to the point where I could not run it. I purchased this one because of the steam feature. I used the dryer yesterday for the first time on a normal cycle and it makes a horrible squealing sound! Waiting for the store to open today to see what I can do. NOT happy.

My wife loves this dryer, that's all I need to say. However, I will caution you this, this thing errors like crazy. I couldn't tell what was wrong originally, because the D90 error kept popping up. I read that means your vent are dirty or clogged. However, I just had it cleaned. Then I figured out that when doing a larger load the lint filter will get covered quickly and thus causes the error which causes the whole cycle to stop and you basically have to start all over. I love the dryer, but the error will pop up a lot. The dryer also seems to be easily scratched. The first day we had it was scratched, but we had no idea how it happened since we didn't touch and the delivery guys appeared to be careful with it. Also, one other nit-pick; Why don't they make the top flat? If they did that, you could actually place something on top without it sliding. Maybe it's to deter the user from accidentally scratching the surface? Okay, now the pros. This has more drying features than I know what to do with. You can use time dry, or automatic dry, more dry, less dry, and even a steam dry. The unit also looks great and you can see everything easily from the window. The inside is also easy to keep clean. Overall, I like this dryer, I just wish it didn't error so often. Oh, the best feature, the little jingle it plays at the end. Instead of the air horn like noise my last dryer made.

The cycles this dryer offers means I lessen the chance of me shrinking something, that's a huge bonus! We came from a tanker that was 12+ years old and aside from the clogged exhaust duct, just wasn't big enough for a comforter. The cycles are great, but the 'smart' features are something else. Word of warning: The check vent light always blinks as a reminder to you to clean the vent inside the dryer. Nothing is wrong and the exhaust duct is fine. If you see d90 or d95, then you need to call someone to clean the exhaust duct.

This was my first purchase of a dryer. I love this dryer for it has the knobs in the front. It saves me room in the back for my sliding box shelves. The dryer is also huge and I can fit my comforters in easily. I've also noticed that my clothes in the dryer are always done way before the washer which means the matching dryer is getting the moisture out. I bought this online which I was weary of. However the delivery was amazing. The guys were in and out in 15 minutes. Mind you I live on the 2nd floor and it was 15 degrees out in Texas. They hooked me up and made sure I knew how to operate the machines before leaving.

Works great except one time I used the steam to freshen up a shirt and it came our soaked, dripping with water.

Purchased this washer and dryer 9/22/14. Dryer stopped heating 4 weeks later. Called Geek Squad and they diagnosed it over the phone just by talking to us and said they would order a heating element and come to fix it on Sunday (7 days later). Meanwhile I'm going to the laundry mat. Tech comes to fix it Sunday and realizes that it is not the heating element that is the problem, the mother board needs to be replaced. So that needs to be ordered and he will come back. Now I have family coming from NY, SC and Italy to stay at my house for Thanksgiving and I have no dryer. So after a lot of complaining he comes back 3 days later when the part comes in only to find out that its not the mother board that is the problem. He doesn't know what the problem is. Meanwhile I'm going back and forth to the laundry mat. My husband goes to Best Buy to speak to a manager but is told a manager cannot speak to him. He demands they replace the dryer with a new one. They agree but the soonest this can be done is 14 days from today. Are you kidding me? I will never buy another LG product and I think of the thousands of dollars we have spent at Best Buy over the years it makes me sick that this is how they treat their customers.

i HAVE ONLY HAD THE DRYER FOR 6 MONTHS AND NOW IT WON'T HEAT UP. I PURCHASED THE GEEK SQUAD INSURANCE AND EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE MADE TWO APPOINTMENTS AND THE FIRST ONE THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. WHEN I SPOKE TO SOMEONE AT GEEK SQUAD ABOUT THE SECOND APPOINTMENT THEY CLAIMED TO NOT BE ABLE TO FIND THE FIRST ONE. L.G. IS SUPPOSE TO STAND FOR LIFE'S GOOD...NOT HEAR. I CALL IT LOW GRADE...I HAD A 10 YEAR OLD DRYER THAT WORKED BETTER. DON'T DO IT!!!!
