My last dryer lasted 12 years. I didn't realize how ineffective it was until I used my new one.

I love the steam feature and the many combinations of features at my disposal. I continue to be disappointed in "post sale" services. The installer had to southern engineer the hoses because he didn't have the proper tools and accessories to complete the installation properly.

Bought the set and love them. Had a front loader set that we were not happy with

I absolutely love this dryer and am so glad I bought it, I will be buying the washer set in a few months. My dryer just went out randomly one night and I decided to research LG a little more and it had great reviews on it and so far everything has been true about it.

We love the dryer, but it took 3 weeks to get the correct length hose for it.

Seems to be a well built dryer with all the bells and whistles of a more expensive unit. Is extremely quiet & vibration free. The moisture control to eliminate wrinkles is a real plus & works well. Chimes sound when your load is done (not loudly).

Drying features are great but steam and wrinkle cycles are okay. Doesn't get all the wrinkles out. Not sure if you can expect that. Steam cycle needs more drying time.

I am very pleased with this dryer. We got a great product for a great price! This dryer is huge and allows me to wash my comforters. Although I have to dry them at least twice, I wouldn't trade this dryer. I love all the cycle options!

This dryer does everything and then some. And does it all well and very easy. And I love the color grey the pair are easy to keep clean. And the reminder to clean lint trap. I don< t think they left out much on this model. Love it.

Looking like it will last a long time works and sounds good

I love my new dryer!!! I put a large comforter in it and had no problems. Love the steam option if it need to get some wrinkles out just throw them in and no ironing. yay! I have less laundry because I can do more at one time.

The dryer looks really high tech and I like that. There are many options and it handles everything automatically. There is a little learning curve with all of the options, but then it is simple to setup and start.

So far this has been an excellent dryer. Clothes come out like they were just pressed. It is quiet and has a nice chime to let you know when the load is done.

Replaced my 8 year old LG dryer with this unit and it's hands down just as wonderful and better than my old unit! The steam feature is a great addition to remove and prevent wrinkles on my polo shirts!

Overall I think this is a fantastic dryer. My only thing about it that bothers me is the vent. Whenever I pull the vent out to remove the lint a good portion of the lint gets rubbed off and falls inside the vents slot and I have to dig my hand into it to remove any hair or lint. It can get aggravating at times but performance wise, it's a great machine

Only issue I've had is with steam cycle not filling drying the clothes once it's done. Other than that couldn't be more pleased!

We had an LG dryer before that after 2 years lost part of the drum weld, still worked but made thump noise every time it rotated over the drive wheel. So instead of finally replacing the drum we opted for a new dryer. This model is great so far, really drys the cloths without having to adjust up the settings which we did on the old LG. Still learning to use the steam function but it did reduce some wrinkles in a couple dress shirts when i needed them.... other time they came out very damp....so guess reading the instructions would help :)

All the bells and whistles of the more expensive dryers, but for a reasonable price. Unbelievable capacity. What used to take 2 large loads in my old dryer can now be dried at one time in the LG.

I recently purchased new washer and dryer set from Best Buy after existing washer literally expoded. Price was very reasonable and have been pleased with purchase. I particularly like the lack of a center agitator which makes it easier to load and increases capacity. Seems to take a little longer to wash, but no issues with results.
