Just replaced my GE 38 year old still working dryer!

I can not recommend this now its been only two months, it's new and is working as is suppose to be, Is also the first time I use LG brand.

Have meet our expectation. I read about this on consumer report and made the decision to make this purchase.

I have been using this dryer for a month using only the normal settings. So far so good.

Great product very quite and love the steam feature

Got this model on sale, excellent buy. We were used to a wash machine with an agitator, so it took a while to get used to this model. We can now wash our king size bedding without having to go to a laundry mat. The setting on these units without agitators are a necessity. you can't pick normal for every load like the old machines. The machine is also much nicer to look at then the old units. Love the slam proof glass lid.

For a mother of 3 boys, this dryer works like a dream. Very easy to use and dries clothes well. Has several features that have come in handy with small children - sanitize and steamer options! Have thrown in pillows and stuffed animals and they've come out looking great. Used the drying rack for 'lay flat to dry' items and had to run it an extra time, but that still significantly decreased the drying time and was convenient. If I do a big load of jeans, sometimes they come out a little damp in the thicker parts, but it's not a big deal for me as I don't like them dried out all the way in the first place. You can create a custom dry setting that you like to use all the time, so it's just a press of the button. We love the cute song when the load is done!

This machine is a perfect mate for the WT5170HW. Quiet and energy efficient. I love the steam feature. Dress shirts come uot looking like I ironed them. The drum has a huge capacity, nd the machine produces little lint.

I had a whirlpool washer and dryer for over 20 years with the average wear and tear. I finally had to get a new set. I like how this is bigger than my old one and drys very well except for my blankets/comforters which get rollered and have to be dryed longer. It would be nice if the door fliped down not to the side, The lint trap would be better if it was on top not in the doorway. Overall its a good buy.
