The dryer is doing a great job so far, I haven't had a chance to use all the cycles yet. I havent had the chance to use the steam either but looking forward to it.

Bought this dyer open box and love it!! Best deal ever

We replaced our ten year old front load washer as it was on its way out the door and wanted to have the same brand dryer to make a pair. We were a bit hesitant at first as we've never bought LG products but to our surprise both the dryer and washer have met and exceeded our expectations, we love the two steam settings of the dryer and ease of use.

Big machine means only a couple loads a week. Great features

Clothes dried pretty fast, but the music tone is low.

We have only had the unit a couple weeks. Working nicely! The problem we had was with the service to get us the products! Nicely put....it was not smooth at all. At least 4 hours on the phone after the 2 hours it took to get it into the computer when we bought it! Best Buy needs to improve on this dramatically!

My previous washer was still going at 13 years but showing some wear. Thought I would update before it became a necessity. Did some homework and decided to go with this brand and model. Has more bells and whistles that you need but hopefully will do the job and last. Love the fact that it saves water.

Whenever I purchase an appliance, a tool, or a motor vehicle, I sit down with the owner's manual and digest the information. I figure the people who designed the item spent a lot of time perfecting it. If you follow the manual or the chart with this dryer, it will perform to your expectations.

Havn't had it long enough to use all cycles, but like the dryer so far.

I really like the dryer. I can change functions easily and the clothes are dry at the end of the cycle. The only problem has been drying rugs. I've had a problem drying them and had to use the time cycle. It does not have the wrinkle cycle at the end and the buzzer is not very loud so we frequently do not realize the cycle is done and the clothes are wrinkled.

Great dryer for an active family with kids. Very good size for doing larger loads, while still fitting into a smaller laundry room. The unit is easy to use and the dryer programs/options make sense. Comforters will fit, as well dog beds.
