    Love this dryer. Our only wish is that it had a hard line connection to water fir the steam function instead of a reservoir you have to fill.

    My problem with this dryer is that when trying to use the standard settings it does not work on small loads. I have had several occasions where the dryer, just cut off because I have a small load. I do not like this part about this dryer.

    The dryer worked great for the first six weeks. Then a squeak developed when dryer was on some of the time.. LG technician came out and worked on the drum. He did hear the squeak. Two weeks later the squeak is back. The same LG technician came out and replaced the heating element. He also told me to ask for someone else next time because he doesn't get paid to come back. He also told me to have someone come out and check the venting to the outside which I will do. Not so sure I would buy this dryer again because of problem and LG service.

    was a defective open box item that should have not been resold. On top of that I was offered the free delivery so i wasted my time and effort taking it home & payed 2 guys to help me unload it.
