I do love this washer. Everything comes out cleaner. I do recommend a 3x fabric softener or you will hardly notice you have used fabric softener at all. I've been told to shake the clothes to help remove the wrinkles before putting then in the washer; this does help some. I would give this 5 stars on every level however like I said earlier there are more wrinkles than even the steamfresh cycle won't remove.

I am very fusterated with this washing machine. Everyone seem impressed it cleans so well, but mine will not clean clothes. The LG tech people even agree that is it is not cleaning the clothes properly, but LG will not fix or replace because it is in spec and it is not broken. Appearantly clean clothes are not part of the spec for a clothes washer. Hopefully if you decide to purchase this washer you get one that works. I have been trying to get LG to help me our for 2 months with no sucess. I personally regret purchasing this washer. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I was impressed how LG washers have a built in generator that allows the machine to use far less electricity then the compeition. Hands down the best brand and model in the market.
