    I was told this has insta view it dont. Spent days looking got run around. The refrigerator we wanted was only display. I asked to purchase i was denied came back next day the sold the display

    The one star rating is primarily due to the horrific performance by Best Buy. After the first failed delivery attempt with no explanation provided by Best Buy, the second attempt was the delivery of a severely damaged refrigerator. Best Buy has offered no solutions, Buyers should also be aware, the electrical cord for the LG Studio refrigerator comes from the top of the refrigerator not the back as is typical making it visible if refrigerator is not enclosed. LG should consider discontinuing their relationship with Best Buy if they want to maintain a positive image in the market.

    Got a manufacture, defected refrigerator. LG has the worst warranty service that I have ever tried to work with run away from this refrigerator and to somebody who has an American-based warranty service so that you can get it processed in an orderly fashion. Best of luck. Cheers.

    Left door because it has the ice maker and ice is so heavy it slams when closing no matter how you adjust it.

    Good fridge, delivery/installation was bad

    Fridge looks great - spacious and quiet for a counter-depth, but delivery/installation experience was abysmal. The first fridge that I ordered was pretty banged up, it looked like someone was practicing a drum solo on it with a hammer. I originally neglected to inspect it outside, so guys brought in a beat up fridge which I refused delivery for. They took it back muttering that someone packed up a demo fridge as opposed to a brand new one that I ordered. The second attempt was just as bad; apparently their only delivery truck broke down. As opposed to having a delivery rescheduled to the earliest available date, I was sent back to the back of a queue and had to wait for a week for a new delivery. The third delivery attempt was ok - I looked at the fridge after it was unloaded, made sure it was ok before it was brought in. After guys brought it in, I asked them several questions about the fridge (where is the water filter, manual, etc.) and they were clueless and said it wasn't available (I did find those in the actual fridge afterwards while removing packing foam). The fridge water line that they connected seems to be doing ok, but they forgot to plug in the fridge, I had to tell the installation crew to pull it out and plug in it to make sure it works. They ran away as soon as they installed it, I practically had to chase them down to make sure they didn't forget to give me anything. They did not level the fridge by extending the feet, so I have to level it myself with a wrench, which is a pain since the fridge is 200lbs. Without having the feet extended, the fridge moves every time I open the door. So, I got a good fridge on a discount, but it was delivered and installed half-a**. I'm just hoping it'll hold up given the price as I wasn't thrilled with the experience of the installation crew. I am just glad I didn't have to drag the fridge into my house by myself as delivery guys clearly weren't "pros."

    Great refrigerator faulty Ice Makers

    Everything works great except for the ice and craft ice makers keep going out periodically, not at the same time. I purchased it on May 31, 2021, and just called in for the fourth time on May 18, 24. Technicians tell us it is a common product that LG has failed to correct.

    These LG frigs are seductive when you're shopping, but plan to spend an additional $1,000 in repairs after a year. I got a broken wire inside the door and no dispensing or buttons now. My co-worker got a dead control board. My friend's added an awful taste to her water even after flushing a new filter. We all got the same "sorry" after a long hold with the warranty supervisor because the 1 year warranty was passed. Suggest you get your $4,000 frig from a company not named LG!

    Cooling system broke in 2 months!

    We bought an LG refrigerator because of its features and functionality even after many friends told us not to buy one because LG refrigerators have a major cooling system issue. I’ve also read a bunch of complaints online and a class action suit against the company because of this issue. We loved the features so much that we went against all the warnings. We were hoping that LG has resolved the cooling issue in their signature line. We were surely wrong. The Cooling system broke within 2 months of use. Fridge became unusable, complete system failure. The technician is coming this Wednesday to take a look but we may just return it for a different brand. To all, don’t make the same mistake we did! LG should not be making refrigerators if they can’t get the main functionality of a refrigerator working properly and that is to keep the food cold and safe.
