This is a great product. I would definitely order an LG again. Deliver and set- up for refridgerator was great!

This LG french door didn't even last 17 months before this failure prone LG linear compressor failed. Should have taken heed of what others have posted but foolishly decided to retire our 10 year old Whirlpool in favor of this features rich high end LG. Worse move I've ever made in my life. Overpriced, marginal cooling which is even worse during Summer months when ice cream is way too soft, no support whatsoever from LG with their uncaring dismissive replies. Be afraid, be very afraid purchasing any LG appliance especially their refrigerators and flat panel displays. Thanks for nothing LG!

The features are well designed and clean, with parts fitting together tightly. The quick access compartment on the right door is particularly welcome, with its promise of greater energy efficiency and temperature stability in the main compartment. I particularly like the water/ice dispenser -- a very clean, simple display, allowing more shelve space in the main compartment. The Black Stainless is not only finger-proof, but also looks super modern/awesome in our kitchen!

We liked the idea of “door-in-door”, but have become believers in the convenience. Items we access often are easily accessible. It is quiet, makes ice quickly, and looks great. Apprehensive at being able to see the contents all the time, we are pleased to say that is not the case (film coating plenty dark.) We love it so far (1 mth.)

LG Studio InstaViewhis, a $4,000 refrigerator is not expensive, it is expensive junk that is worthless! It is not even worth its weight in scrape metal!

This fridge has so much room,and the color black stainless is perfect for our kitchen.the options this fridge has exceeded our expectations.

I like all of the features but was surprised that it doesn't have as much room as I imagined it would inside.

LG makes a great refrigerator. Probably one of the best counter-depth refrigerator

This fridge is all that we ever needed in our kitchen, providing great performance while adding sophistication to the place.

LG technician had to tear down entire interior to replace cheap aluminum refrigerant coils after only 6 months! Refrigerant leaked into home and hundreds of dollars of food lost! This is a design flaw using aluminum coils in a $3500 refrigerator! Hours of valuable time lost to uncaring, unresponsive LG helpline agents who try to tell you the refrigerator is ‘defrosting’, that’s why your ice cream has turned to liquid! Too much money and time wasted on LG’s choice to use cheap components and charge premium price! Also, I used the wi-if SmartThinQ app to monitor unit and it failed to show refrigerator was malfunctioning. This is the so-called LG Premium Studio Series.

Check out LG Linear compressor online... oh it will work great for 2-3 years but that type of compressor has reliability issues. I learned that the hard way. Repair people are afraid to touch it because it’s hard to fix and won’t warranty work due to most failing again with a year... repair man asked me to check it out online if I didn’t believe what he was telling me. Paid almost 4K for mine and it’s beautiful but it barely made it past its 3rd year.
